i like corfy's idea
1) Positition the arrow target anywhere on the field
2) hold down firing regular arrow button (A).
3) while still holding down A click anywhere off the screen.
4) sit back

Final boss - YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR GOD DAMN MIND. GOOD CHRIST.
But I will beat it, damn thing. Got it to a bout 1/4 hp before it toasted me. You are an evil EVIL game maker. D: But rad as hell final boss. Looks familiar from some other game feature...

Mute button turns off ONLY the music? WTF. This is probably the only time I'll complain about no mute button EVER. I mean, seriously, the music was fine, it was the ungodly loud sound effects I wanted to turn off.

Landfield: Why should Krisis "STFU" as you so eloquently put it? He's making valid, logical suggestions based on the flaws of the game. It's not as though he's ranting or flaming. He's adding productive commentary. Unlike you. Greendef's comment is likewise useful and productive.

There is truth to the longer campaign = more points? issues. Makes more sense the quicker and more decidedly you defeat your enemy, the better your army is, or some jazz. But, I'm not one to complain. Have dragged out campaigns for more XP. D: Very nice, though. Other comments suggesting a compelete mute sound likewise reasonsable. But a very nifty game. Would like to see more like this with more diverse units and such. Good jazz.

just killed the final boss... basically... max ur mana... then destroy the castle.... then when the boss comes... try to get him stopped at the trap and send millions of hobbits while sending angels/dragons when u get the chance... and keep firing ur arrows at him... just press down asdf click off the screen and click back... the arrows will keep firing

(1) Please add a mute button.
(2) Arrows should yield much lower XP per kill than units.
(3) There should be some negative element to running longer games - a time limit, or scoring decreases over time, or enemy mana generation increases over time leading to more enemy units? At some point the returns should completely diminish (effectively setting a points cap for each level).

3/5 since you have to stall on purpose to gain a higher score. Would be better if you could gain a higher score by beating a map more efficiently and faster.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Yeah, the "perfect score" seems to be backwards. Rather than trying to get a bigger score, we should be trying to get a smaller one compared to the target.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i dont understand why you can achieve better than perfect score -- and to get a perfect score you basically have to avoid killing the enemy as fast as possible

its a great game and i continue to play it but my arrow kkeys keep locking and the archer moves to much. also the ogre when it spawn just chops away my guys and hes out of range so its unfair

This game is really good. I didn't beat it yet, but I am enjoying it so far. I really like this game, and how you don't need specific strategies to win the levels. I also like the feel of the game, the music, and the interfaces.

This is a pretty terrible game. Maybe if you did a bit of spell checking, made the skill tree a bit better looking, made if so I can shoot the stupid enemy tower so when I don't upgrade past hobbits, I don't have to rely on their stupid 1 hit I am dead against an ogre. But I can't kill the ogre because it is out of arrow range, and he is behind the tower so he just stomps me into the ground.
2/5 Fix a few things and it will be better.

awesome ok first of all max out three-4 things arrows, fire arrows, trap, and optionally max mana or mana regen ok do like the guy sid with auto arrows make the trap put the arrows close in front of the trap when a goblin walks onto the fire arrow it sends him to the sky where the trap erupts fire and the goblin blows up in the sky blood everywhere

Experience gained on a failed level probably shouldn't be available for upgrades. But I guess that doens't really matter since you can just go to the early levels and redo them once the arrows are upgraded, then press down A, wedge a pen cap between the A and S and under the W key, and go read a book or something. On return: several hundred XP, for letting the computer do the grunt work.
I wish the mute muted everything and that the levels and storyline were both more diverse. Yet I'm oddly fascinated by the game and keep playing it.
