to win quickly: get dwarves, elves, hobbits, and wizards to level 4 or 5 and get mana regen and mana gain per kill maxed. increase your max mana to a decent level (at least have about 500 mana max). then just enter a battle, spam hobbits, elves, and dwarves, with mages to back them up. the dwarves with mage support will push the enemy line back, while the hobbits and elves will make sure they stay pushed back. even in the face of a dragon, or centuar, the hobbits and elves hold the lines just enough for mages to take out the castle.

These types of games always start interesting, then get boring... while you waste hours doing nothing new or interesting.

good game, but about battle 6, when I got the double arrow, it became extremely easy (apart from the boss). you just hold A and wait the mana build to 9999.

Use the keyboard shortcuts on this game! Once you fully upgrade your regular arrow you can just sit there and wipe out bad guys and build up lots of EXP on the earlier levels - which you can then use to upgrade your other units.

I confused epic war with brute wars for a long time and I think brute wars sucks, so i didn't play this game.
Now I love it! ===> 5/5 <=== Fave'd

cokeman, there's an arrow command at the bottom that you click, not sure who decided that it was a good idea, but meh.
despite two updates, it's still major-ly buggy. i could deal with my tower occasionally getting stuck for the rest of the battle in the up or down position, but when the camera decided that it would pan right constantly, even when i restarted levels, or played them again, i gave up on it.
nothing new concept-wise, too buggy, and a waste of badges.

i got all 4 badges they were to easy they are way more time consuming than they are hard still great game
i give it 4377534985347/5 but since it only goes to 5, 5/5 way to go Rudy

The final boss is tough i cant beat him, i have all upgrades and sending angels and wizards but he always got like 3k hp left :( Suck MY TOWER man.

sigh, I've upgraded the standard arrows to full, and I've glitched it so it's firing continuously, enemy can't get through...

I figure my game is lagging out or something. My angels show up in clumps of 2 or 3, even though I buy them at every cooldown, same with my hobbits - they show up with fairly big gaps (which lets The End move forward) and I can't beat The End no matter what (including spam hobbits and angels).
Ah well.

Very good game and very repetitive, but I didn't mind the repetition until the last level. That boss took forever. It wasn't really epic, as I assume you wanted it to be, just enduring. 4/5.

4/5. Fun game, good upgrades, good units etc. Bad that you cannot get rid of certain sounds in game, and perfect score seems odd if not pointless to add in. Otherwise good fight at the end and while repetitive, it makes the user want to continue on.

I have to admit this is a pretty good game and I enjoyed playing it. There is only one problem I have with this game, and that is that it gets relly repetitive after a while, and in my opinion that was enough to not give it a five out of five. This game was good, but it would have been AWESOME!! only if there were a way to break the repetetiveness.

the key with the last boss is to keep him still, keep sending out even hobbits just to slow him down, and you'll eventually get him

Great game. I am a sucker for upgrades and keeping the xp after you lose a battle keeps me going instead of being frustrated. I am really surprised it ran so well considering the number of characters on screen. I ran up about 75 on my side and, though it did slow down, it was entirely playable. The music and sound were fair. Too much bass and drums. Good AI as well. Most of the battles were well balanced, though some seemed to take as long as a real battle. All the arrows should be auto fire. For all 15 battles I was just holding 'A'. Having auto as caps lock would let you be able to switch it on and off so you wouldn't hit your own army. The End boss is ridiculous. I got him down about 150k, but jeez. I'm gonna miss out on that badge but still, really enjoyable game.
