@kopo12 I think Epic War Saga is kinda stupid. I like Epic War 1 - 5 though. Epic War Saga just turned the series down.

It just keeps getting better. This is such a legendary series. It is incredibly annoying that mute only works when paused though. I can't listen to music, which sucks harder than Jenna Haze.

It's really strange to play this after having gotten used to 3. It's a lot different. Pretty cool to see the start of one of the most popular series ever. It's also amazing they've made 5 of them. I'm working my way up from this one to 5. It's slower and more basic then later entries, but still a great game.

I remember that when I got to the final level of this game (lvl 15), I just remembered about a wonderful The Doors' music called "The End"... =)

Based on comegetsum's advice, i discovered that that glitch also works for other arrows. So, if you hold a/s/d/f (after purchased), right click the game interface then left click again (letting go the hotkeys), your castle fires permanently (any further click will untrigger it); The game eventually becomes a walk in the park. The only difficulty becomes the final boss. Don't kill the castle before max mana; then, spam angel, demon and, when he's in arrow fire range, cheap units to stop his movement. + if it helped

how to get easy exp. hold the A key, and while your holding it, right click on the game screen, then left click outside the game screen. your arrows will continue firing, (make sure your arrows are well upgraded, or enemies might get through...) and kill the enemy's for you, and you can play the DS or something in the mean time!

EW 1 and 2 are the only ones in the series. 3-5 should be renamed retard war 1-3 for ditching the arrow tower, adding the card bullsh!it, and dumping the story.

Trick: Upgrade Arrow all the way. Find something to hold down 'A' key. Wait and watch exp accumulate all day! Like to bring comment to the top!

2 ways to beat the end: mass up everything you have, while shooting arrows (this will decrease the hobbit and angel production.) I won with this technique before.
After seeing some walkthroughs, I tried to win again by massing hobbits and angels only w/ arrows. It also works. But! If you are using hobbits, be sure that you make a constant flow. You should have noticed that the game allows a limited number of keystrokes at once(which usually affects the usage of elemental arrows), so if you use elemental arrows, angles, and hobbits together, the flow can stop and the end may move freely. It happened to me when I tried, and when I noticed it, the end was near my castle (phew, it didnt hit)

I got my first badge(on this game) on 29th of dec 2k9 - and now, over 3 years later - i FINALLY killed that ************* boss... worst battle of my life!
ps! From now on, if i need to slow somebody down: i just push legions upon legions of Frodos ja Pippis on the way!

@Donatien lol i press all the buttons at the final level, 1-7, A+SDF(one by one since they don't work together) since there is a constant flow of enemies near the end, you get enough mana to spawn everything in your hand(almost.)

PLEASE fix the mute button! It won't mute battle sounds, or sounds on the map. I wanna listen to my tunes but I can't while all my hobbits hack away at the tower!

this is for KurtBrianG if you want to summon the dragon u have to click on the ball thing that makes your mana pool bigger (in battle) or you can upgrade it for exp which is better because it lasts forever if u do it in battle it goes back next time. But basicly either use the ball in battle with mana or upgrade your mana pool with exp.

Is there any way to turn off the annoying sound effects? The "Sound" button only turns off the BGM...having to play with my computer volume off really stinks.

If there is an Epic War 6, i got an idea for it. Let there be several kinds of heroes you can choose. For example, an archer hero which is the giant bow from EW1 and 2 or a melee hero which is like the hero from EW3. Also, i miss the story from EW2 :(

Galactus, in my opinion the only true game is 1. Each game's gameplay got worse and worse while the graphics got better and better.
