Though it probaly won't matter in practice: With upgrades the dragon actually has the lowest attack. So I like to have some dragons but the rest max upgraded riders for maximum killing speed.

I love how half your guys just sit there while the other side of your castle is being decimated. The "strategy" is to have played the level so you know what's coming. Oh, and how does the computer have a copter plus 2 more low-level guys when all I can do is create enough low-level to compete? Brutal all the way around. 1/5

When I try to save, it says my progress is saved and nothin happens clicking on Continue. Need to reload the page and the saved game is not there.

oh yeah forgot to add to previous comment: also max turret building. turrets are meat shields too and come faster than max speed unit dragons. oh yeah to add my previous comment. if you have lighting turrets maxed. put all of them on before dragon, turrets blocks bullets and deals good amount of damage. then you just spam dragons at opposite of the castle and they will be pushed to bottom of the screen where you wants all the dragons to be. if some mobs like small bat spam at lvl 7 gets past of your dragons, your turrets will do job. easy win. dont touch initial mana. just do mana regen and upgrade at the screen where you spawn dragons/units/turrets in mana. not at upgrade screen.

easy win: mana regen->dragons->lighting turret (castle level. easy win. after you know dragons at field are enough just place 4 lighting turrets for easy 16 exp + they help at runaway monsters. oh yeah also place dragons on same side of the castle. this way they push each other down

Max initial mana made the final stage pretty much unbeatable. In order to beat the game I'd have to start over, which isn't really worth my time. RIP badges.

Why does the cost to heal units go up with the size of the mana pool? That doesn't make any sense, if anything it should go up with the type of units on the battlefield.
Also, the cost to upgrade the mana pool is absurd in later levels. Sure you start with more mana, but it's still regenerating slowly at the start even with max regen upgraded

Second thing, even after your max mana pool reaches 9,999, you can STILL keep using the expand max mana pool ability. The max remains at 9,999, but the regen will keep going up. Eventually, you will automically reach max mana even with an auto-clicker. You can then have the auto-clicker run the heal ability and your units will never die. Come back in 15 minutes on Stage 8 and you will have beaten the game while you were gone.

Do NOT buy the initial higher max mana upgrades, as it makes it take longer to get your mana regen up, which increases every time you buy the expand max mana pool while IN the stage.

if units are going to be attacked below the screen, the new units should follow the old units, cause up there they do nothign while down there the old units are getting killed

Finding the game too easy? Try using initial mana as a difficulty slider. When fully upgraded, max mana upgrades in game are minimized making max mana regen extremely low (initial mana upgrade doesn't improve regen)

The strategy for later levels is buy everything in the first minute, max out on dragons, and then go do something else for 10 minutes while you wait for the round to end.

And that's just the first few levels. Last levels involve literally sitting there and waiting. This is terribly balanced.

Also, in battle upgrades for everything but mana seem to be bugged. Can't get the 4th upgrade for anything; it just grades out even if i have max mana at max upgrade

*yawn* the majority of the round takes place off screen. It's basically an idle game where you just create units to get upgrades. Neat idea, but needs a much better implementation to be fun.

Stages 1-3: ok, it isnt great, but not terrible, i can play it. (3 stars). Stages 4-6: sooo boring, the game is playing alone with dragons, i wish there's a speed up. (2 stars) Stages 7-8: idle game, i can do something better and leave it alone. (1 star, only because is the lowest possible).

Upgrading starting mana means you can use the in-mission skill to upgrade your mana max / regen rate fewer total times. It is very soon into the mission you wish you hadn't purchased that ability.

One single slow or wrong decision in the early seconds of the game will screw the rest of your game entirely. Easy badge is not easy.

Zealous Palace Defender badge indeed, gotta be pretty fricking zealous to breed dragons then click the bandage button every so often all the way through Day 8.

Among the various other quirky problems with the UI design, the slider to scroll down screen and see what your units are doing there, is located underneath the display for unit production. If you have that que full up with units to build, the scroll arrow doesn't respond very well.

Definitely killed more than 500 by now for this kongpanion badge and it remains stuck at 359, despite saving, loading, reloading, battling, getting very aggravated. My chrome is already set up just right.

All things considered a very fun game. The start of each level needs a little focus but after about a minute into each level it feels super slow. I feel a speed slider/multiplyer would be a good addition.
From day 1-6 I just went pure zergling rush (weakest unit spawned like crazy). It may have worked for 7 too but by then I had the dragon unlocked so i mixed them in here and there. Same with level 8, started zergling rush and finished off with dragons. So maybe a little re-balancing is called for.
