Why_me said, "Multiple flaws both in gameplay and in coding... Why should I be penalized for upgrading my max mana?? Sure you increase your mana before the start of the battle but your regeneration stays as if you hadnt." Absolutely agree! DO NOT UPGRADE MAXIMUM MANA MORE THAN ONCE until you have maxed out mana regeneration.

I got the same thing as HeebyJeeby. As soon as you upgrade past the 400-500 mana cost items, you can't upgrade even if you have the mana. At least the mana pool upgrade will say maxxed out, but the rest list bogus requirements (960 mana) that never let you select them.

Zealous Palace Defender

Not the best game, true, but a nice try nonetheless. -1 for it being too easy and short and -1 for the BIG glitch that WhyMe already mentioned in the post below. +1 because it was kinda funny and I liked the graphics so 4/5 from me ;p

Well... I spent the last 5 minutes of day 8 not clicking anything. Very interactive game, deep strategy and thinking skills required.

Fun for the first few levels, but then it just gets tedious. Not to mention there are a lot of little quirks like glitchy unit stats at high levels, the unit production sometimes freezing, and the easy badge not being granted even after saving with 1000+ unit kills.

only real complaint is units are hanging up on the castle when they spawn.... and it was pretty easy. I did fail once, but that was just me goofing off :P

this game is insanely slow and boring and lags like hell... it takes 10 mins for a signle bad guy to get to the castle and fight... who the hell has the patients for that?...

You can win with just riders
Upgrade Riders to Max, Upgrade Initial mana, Mana regen and unit creation time and just constantly send riders, upgrading as your mana allows

Why should I be penalized for upgrading my max mana?? Sure you increase your mana before the start of the battle but your regeneration stays as if you hadnt. This wouldn't be bad except for the fact that it means you require more mana to upgrade and at the same time you dont get the speed bounus you do from upgrading in battle. Why upgrade before battle if it just HURTS you rather then helps you.
Why can I have four dragons just waiting on the left side of the castle while my right side is getting completly owned and yet they wont do a thing.
Also when I fully upgraded my mana to 9999 I found that doing so for some reason makes it so you cant upgrade ANYTHING else.
1/5 there are far better games then this out there.....

Pretty easy once you get rollilng. Had to replay a few levels but once you have the queue maxed with dragons just let the game go.
Decent - a few upgrade glitches. Needs .... more.

So easy, if you just keep making copters and use your XP to get mana, castle and unit creation time upgrades so end up beating the game easily, but with a lot of wasted mana per game (nothing to spend it on)

Awesome game, i just build eagles for the first 6 levels, then just build dragons. Had 4 electric towers. DOnt bother upgrading your castle cause it will never get touched.
