@drawsome: You missed one. If you let the mysterious scientist into your fort, give him the assistant he asks for, research everything you can, wait for the lab to be overrun and retake the lab. Then you can cure the zombie plague and win the game.

This game is very addictive! It's kind of like a SimCity with zombies. I'd like it if the characters weren't so randomized, though, as many are terribly ugly... although by the end of the game you never look at their avatars and instead are focused on their skills; I'd like it if my people paired up and actually started "repopulating" the city healthily (and not with prostitute baby-making harems, although the option could be available). I also think it'd be great if there was a "part 2" to Rebuild, where, after your city is reclaimed, you then have to organize the city and deal with rebuilding civilization.

*SPOILER ALERT* all the ways to win 1. form a goverment by captureing 25 squares including the city hall. 2. capture helipad, find parts to fix chooper 3. capture subway and attack last judgement gang 4. kill all zombies, to do this you need to all squares but one and then wait for rifts to come (random event), it dosn't win the game but these's no for zombies so you can do anything you want

this is defiantly a 4.5/5 but it has a lot of little things that are annoying such as only able to get 2 survivors at one time you have to randomize your character a million times to make him look good the battle scenes are extremely boring at least have them rushing up the wall and aim there guns and some more building types would be nice also some different classifications of guns like instead of just sub-machine gun there should be like within the first 60 days it should be mp9 then at 120 days ump 45 and so on so forth (if you dont want to make it that complicated and people going like wtf is a mp9 then just do sub-machine gun level 1 then 2 and so on but i don't suggest more than three different types of weapon classes each other than that this is by far the best zombie strategy game i ever seen.

I feel horrible for trading the women for the bazookas. Now I don't have anybody to SHOOT the bazookas! I have my builders working EVERYDAY, my scientists EVERYDAY, and all of my soldiers already have good weapons. Now the bazookas are just collecting dust.

Trying to get the hard achievement when I realized I can build and finish a very easy city and then train to max ranks 5 people and use them with the best equipment to create my start in the new city. So much better!

The church is incredibly easy to avoid... Just keep people somewhat happy, and answer 'no' to everything they want to do. I haven't had a problem with them more than once, and that was the one time I actually gave them something.

Started a new city and one of my soldiers is named 'Abstinence Anderson' ... not a good sign for re-population efforts ...

i love playing this,, tried different ways of shutting off the church with chosen ones but they still prevail,, i just got lucky and when it becomes a cult already ive finish the chopper bye bye insane hello new city...

Just found out that if you finnish the game at one difficulty level you can take 5 of your best people and equipment and start a new game at a higher dificulty level. Makes the next game a bit easier to handle. With all level 10 stat guys on impossible. Still have to work on beating it.
