I need to research a technology that lets me house more than 2 people on a city block. If I was outside the wall, I'd be sleeping under the McNoodles dumpster if that's what it took to get walls with armed guards around me as I slept.

at first i thought let that crazy bi***es build their church and prey, but then after (god bless you) i start sending 5 people to that government thing they all stopped working, each day 1 or 2 decided to go out and become a zombie. I won the game with 7 people left. So if 2 people are against the church, dont ignore them, the church is pure suicide and when you ignore them your character becomes a crazy psychopath who celebrates with the church. Just dont trust them, its a trap

Check out Zafehouse Diaries. I think it's the closest retail game on Steam close to this. Except with alot more options.

If you have the church of the chosen ones and people start rioting against it, GET RID OF THE CULT! If you say no, very soon after that everyone refuses to work because "Why work when you can celebrate?" And people start jumping over the walls to the zombies so they can become "A chosen one". Every day someone commits suicide and you can't recruit anyone else or do anything cause the people who are alive are celebrating their pass over to the chosen ones. I AM SO PISSED I WAS ON HARDEST DIFFICULTY AND SO CLOSE TO WINNING!!! GOD DAMN IT CHURCH OF THE CHOSEN ONES!

cool your city.. behining rebuilded,left little buildings,your survivors with the most b@dass weapons are doing another thing...the guys on police station no have weapons,you forget to give it at the start.. it will be a BIG problem.... if a swarm...comes..

protip for hard badge: play through on easy and level up 5 people to max skill levels then use the found new colony option from the government building or the helicopter. Best way to start out on hard.

For people wondering about Rebuild 3, it will come out in 2014 as a stand-alone game, maybe in Steam Greenlight! Check the wiki, i don't remember the link sorry :P
