@Viper1696 The "fix the helicopter" and "defeat Last Judgement gang" endings also let you start a new city. I don't remember if the "find a cure for zombieism" ending lets you start a new game.

A good way to get the hard badge if you already started a game on an easier difficulty is to go to another city with level 10 survivors. You can go to another city by drafting a constitution and it will ask if 5 survivors want to rebuild a new city. Drafting a constitution is the only way I've won so you may be able to do this with other endings as well. All 5 of my survivors are maxed out in at least 2 areas and it gave me a good headstart.

I love this game, I spent hours trying to reclaim the whole city, but I think you should have the option of making the size of the city increase (moar unclaimed areas to reclaim) when you reclaim all of the available squares.

An excellent sequel. A few suggestions:
Bring back the zombie graphics on the main map from the first 'Rebuild'. Not only did it help with the gruesome mood but it gives the player an 'at a glance' view of where the zombies are massing which is great if you're looking to thin their ranks a bit.
The strength of this game is really the writing. Adding more random events and situations to the game would increase it's replayability imho.

A really nice game indeed!! I was going to do something else when I stumble upon this game. The next 2 hours I found myself forgetting about that something else I supposed to do.

When it comes to crunch time for defense, I miss the "Assign All" button. And I wish that setting up guards was universal, not stuck to their assigned guardhouse.

My only real complaint is that the music is atrocious, but that's what mute is for. Everything else far surpasses the original in every way.

Excellent improvements to Rebuild 1, which was already quite good. :) The only thing I dislike is the music, but that's a matter of personal preference and not a fault as such. Thanks for this game! :)

I believe housing is too difficult to increase, particularly early in the game. I think apartments should generate more housing per unit than suburbs, making it worthwhile to spend resources to build apartments and transition suburbs into farms.

2/5 for the "inevitable doom" factor ruining the game all-over... Sucked in the first game, sucks even harder in the sequel... This game is like a horror movie with a bad ending.. There's just no up side.. It's all bad...

Very well done game. The new game+ option adds a ton of replayability. Looking very much forward to the next expansion/sequel.

Suggestion for impossible difficulty- when scouting a square, instead of keeping that square scouted for the rest of the game- after 5-10 turns, the question mark goes back on the square (although it can remain unshrouded). Adds a layer of difficulty, plus more plausible reality.
Also, adding more than one art model for each type of building would punch up the visual impact.

I would reccomend finishing a game then sending off five highly trained opperatives, it makes the hard badge two to three times easier. really, i gave them all the best items i could find also which gives a little boost to several of the other new survivors earlier on.

Was doing great until my retarded survivors all broke off to join the Chosen Ones.
When everyone was gone it was just me and I died the first time I was attacked.
NEVER allow the church to gain a foothold. Religion messes everything up.

The medium badge is called "48 days later", referencing the movie "28 days later". Is the number a mistake or chosen becouse of the difficulty?

I love the "Land of the Dead" reference with the fireworks. Now if only there will be a zombie in a gas station jumpsuit wielding a Steyr AUG.

Those RPG elements made the game too easy, as for me. Especially combined with the ability to take your five 10/10/10/10/10 survivors with saws and rocket launchers to the next game.
Mind adding "unequip" button? It could save some time needed to reassign dogs/weapons from formerly idle scientists going to research something to builders or just unexperienced soldiers, or something. Or an ability to exchange objects with idle survivors directly.
Also, how many endings? I found only four: siege, cure, helicopter and constitution.
And, sorry for inconvenient question, but most of joined scavengers were black and scientists seemed to be asians. Is that a coincidence or a feature of the game?
