Could it be possible to customize the characters, or at the very least your own character?
It's just a bit silly to keep pressing the picture of the guy that's supposed to be me until it ends up with something that doesn't look retarded.

My favorite flash game ever now has a sequel that has greatly improved on the original! I love it! That said, there were times in the game where it seemed like the women were most disenfranchised and exploited (like the prostitutes for moral only being women for the men to partake in) in such a setting. In real post-apoc/zombie/world-ending, I am certain everyone would be exploited to various degrees, men and women being sold, and gender disparity gap would lessen, rather than pop culture's view that only women would be victimized or exploited for only men's heteronormative needs. Those little gender role bits aside, Rebuild's still my favorite flash game (series). :)

I started with a small city and worked up, I remember when I used to need 25 buildings to win... I hate tripling most anything in a game.

When you find the Leader win, you can start right away. But when you find the Builder or Soldier win, you have to wait some random 20 days before you can start. What's up with that?

O go ahead Chosen Ones, let half my population jump away from the walls to join you, no problem at all. O you want the rest of my people to stop working for like 3 days straight! That quite alright as well! Zombie Hoard coming? Who cares the Chosen Ones need my best gunners, that's more important!

Well i reclaimed the entire 100 city block repaired the helicopter wrote a constitution and killed the Last judgement gang. Now to wait for the lab explosion and ill get infinite happy people.

There goes my work productivity... As others have mentioned an assign all/unassign all button (other than cancel mission) would be good as well as I noticed you can't convert a school to anything else.

I love the game!! 5 stars hands down. Specially the dog!! he helps you find stuff AND is a badass Pug :O. watch out zeds! that pug will rip your head off! (seriously I love the pug man)

Love this game, it's the only zombie game I can play to the end (I have a phobia of them >__>; ) awesome job, I only wish we could customize our starter person's appearance (or maybe have a hair styler building that adds happiness to customize more people?) because I got a character I really liked in my first game but ended up having to start over because the Church of The Chosen turned out to be more screwed up then I thought it was going to be.

I hate the church of the chosen once, if my people get so happy they get a 100% they only celebrate, do not work, walk trough the gates and die, and people who are agianst the church are punished (with death) :@

Love the game, just a few things that irked me. I would love it if you could equip/unequip people easier, it seems like such a hassle to see who has which item equipped. Also, the scroll wheel screws up and gets really annoying when you have a large group of survivors. Being able to view/organize survivors by attribute when you look through the list of survivors would be helpful, and maybe another way to view them like a grid or a detailed list, showing icons for items and stats (full numbers), instead of portraits.

I'd like to list all the improvments I really liked, but there's too many. I'd also like to rate this game better than rebuild 1 (since it IS better) but i already rated rebuild 1 5/5. Oh well.

Gah, sorry to double-comment, but something that I really would like to see brought back from the first Rebuild: mousing-over the survivor/supplies/etc. icons at the top of the screen would show which of the buildings had survivors or supplies in them. I'd also like to see a moused-over readout of surrounding zombies and days until horde attacks returned. + if you agree

@MistyNight re: danger level. The danger level in the status bar at the top takes into account the fact that any idle people will contribute to defense. Inside of a defensive building, the danger level indicates what it will be only considering the people on guard duty. Check it out yourself - add enough people to guard duty to get 5% danger, then watch as you assign scouting tasks to idle workers, and the danger level in the status bar will increase up to 5%.
