Winnin on the hard/impossible difficulties: win a match on the easiest difficulty level, train (in schools) five of your people until they get a 'perfect 10' in all capabilities, send them to a new small city.

Yes! Soon after another one of the best internet games came back with a complete revamp (step forwards, Union City) ,one of my favourite games on the internet has come back, and its better than ever. The improvement I like most is idle citizens being automatically assigned to defense, makes the surprise zombie attacks a lot easier to handle. Also, the points system for training people feels a lot more realistic and effective than the old type choosing. All I need know is Mastermind World Conqueror 2, and I'll be set!

sorry i keep adding so much comments so i am gonna put to thingsin 1. I take it back that its easy for the hard badge, it is not. 2. Isnt it funny when u have no food and 2 people instantly die after 1 day! LOL

its so wierd that on the game they find 3 zombies curly, larry and moe and in a book i read with werewolvwes, they were called curly, larry and moe???

OMFG!! I won the game, and spammed the skip days button and suddenly half my base was destroyed by some lunitic! WTF?!?!?

Desserve a 5/5 for the additions but find the game far too easy compared to the first one. I finished it in my first try on hard and impossible don't look far harder.
Bites are too rare, and 100% survival for claiming or scouting is too generous.
I also miss seing zombies on the map.

5/5, no doubt about it - I already liked Rebuild, but this one's addictive. The improvements are very useful; particularly the option to assign people to work the farms for better yields, the tools which can be scavenged aside of food and the simple training of soldiers make life much easier. More special events keep playing interesting. And it seems the annoying you-lost-some-morale-cause-the-dog-you-never-had-just-died is gone for good too. It's become one of my favourites, so thanks a lot for this game :

@Pura2: if you already win at least one ending, just go create new town by clicking on the ending spot (if its the fighting against last judgment gang, click on your defensive structure you used to fight them). Either way, the chosen one will halt 90% of your work capabilities anyway :P

If you gamble with the gambler enough times in a row (regardless of whether you win or lose), you get Mooch the Kitten! He/she grants + 0.5 to all stats.

I am a big fan of how they made scouting 100% safe. I cannot tell you how many soldiers I lost in Rebuild 1 to scouting on Nightmare

this keeps me going until... "someone killed someone else over an apple. by the way, the zombies also killed 2 people, and took over 4 plots of land. and now the gang came in and shot your researcher. HAHA!"

Tending crops is a total waste of time, because the person working as a farmer makes +1 food, which he consumes himself,, pretyt much useless if you ask me! Farmers should simply have doubled the farming production. i.e. farms produce 2 crops, 4 with farmer, or 3 crops later when the research for better farmubg, making that *6* per farmer.

how is it that my builder who just happened to be one day away from finishing a reclaim, who should'nt have been involved in defense, gets injured?

I was so happy when I started my first game, called my city Apple Land and saw that the food Icon is an Apple. that alongside the game being good is just wondrous! 5/5

I figured that once I won all endings on impossible and reclaimed all the buildings on the huge map, I'd be able to stop playing. I can't.

Maybe going into more detail on each mission, like instead of just putting up zombie cage fights, being able to actually go in a bar or something and bet on a zombie, etc. Adding more options to things like dogs. Maybe training? I LOVED the yes or no instances. Made me feel like I was actually running a society. Also, Gustav seemed like a jackass to me. Being able to kill him would get major props. Maybe a mission thwarting his operation selling women and such? Either way, much improvement from the first one, and still 5/5.

Great game, no doubt. I found the mechanics of the game to be much more than the original, but I can't say that they were improved. With future games, Dev., follow the Keep It Simple rule.
Not to mention the advertisements for Dead Frontier were an eyesore and plastered all over the GUI.

TIP: Check out police stations. I checked there the things I got were Shotguns, Pistols, Hunting Rifles, and one Rocket Launcher, if you want a good deal of weapons check there. Rate up if this worked for you. :)

I have no idea why ppl are having trouble with the church of the chosen ones. The game give you an option to prevent them from starting up. Are you people not reading the daily notes & just randomly clicking yes or no?

I eventually got so far that I stuck everyone I found on gaurd duty and had an elite super survivor squad of 5 with all of them having like 10 Attack, Building, Science, Scavenging, or any other skills, and they did all the work.

Have you ever thought about the differences in the way you think when playing games? In this game, some greasy man in a lab coat just came up to your fortress and asked to use an entire chunk of your community which is hardly surviving, but you obviously say "yes" without delay. If a homeless man rang your doorbell and asked to use your office for research purposes, would you say yes? However, the strange scientist that showed up at your walls eventually develops the cure for one of mankind's worst nightmares. It makes you wonder, would that homeless man give you a portal gun made out of toilet paper rolls?

Defeat Last Judgement if you have a chance, and get help from the Riffs.Find them by sending out alot of scouts, and you might see them go back to base if you follow them.

Guard put on active duty gain combat experience, not idle survivors that just happen to help defend the fort. That is good. However, I'd like for guard on active duty to provide a better defense, say they count more than their their normal defense points?
