The hold commands don't work for me - while holding A, S or D my score will suddenly drop to 0, and sometimes the game indicates that I've released the key before I actually have.

to get the SCGMD guitar: fc broked it, please, guitar vs. piano, super mario and zelda/rough tone. should work. i got it with big blue though

I'm having a lag problem as well, it only happens once or twice in the song for the amateur, but when I play pro it happens after almost every 3 or 4 notes. I don't know if this is a problem with the game or my computer though :p. Good game otherwise :).
