Goes from super easy, to really hard way too fast. The "simple" ones are a piece of cake. The Tricky's are kind of hard, more annoying. After that its just retarded.

Personally I think as far as a beat game goes, it is well implemented. My big problem with this game is the sound track itself. The second one at least had some fun old school tracks and some actually decent indie punk gems.

Definately harder to play these games as a musician. I tried a drumming game in Tokyo a while back, it had a full kit set up. Failed asolutely dismally despite more than 15 years experience with the real thing :-(

the learning curve on this game is too steep. i haven't given up on any of the challenges since i started here, but i may on this one because the setup of the game is kinda clumsy.

Have any other guitarists and bassists noticed that it is harder for us to play games like this, guitar hero, or rock band? I do respect the attempt to make a music related game but frankly I feel that people that play instruments are handicapped when it comes to games like this because our hands tell us one thing while our eyes tell us another.

I have always hated these games. it's pressing a seemingly arbitrarily set key to it's corresponding symbol, set to music. it feels nothing like playing music.

Don't use songs that use a guitar as if it were a percussion instrument. I don't know if you realized it, but the arrows are so sparse that they follow the *drums* in the gameplay, and most of the interesting bits got collapsed into "holds" (at least for the first couple of songs). This totally screws with the heads of people that know music already, because they do the reverse.

Sorry, But this game is really bad, barely any effort as been put in it. It will lag on about any machine, the song aren't really, good neither consistency of the arrow and numbers... So, for my part, Low Score. This game is good if you want to nerve-wreck yourself uselessly.

I stopped hearing the first song. I hear enough of the whiny voice and scream song during the day I definitely don't want to be playing these songs in a game. Especially a flash one.

i really like these games, but the music in this one is pretty bad. just about all the singers in these bands are terible, with horible lyrics to go with them. stick with stuff like Plan A and betrayal of fate for the 4th instalment

seriously... I have a top end machine that played Age of Conan on highest settings and still gets lag. There is definately something wrong... and very often you will hit a button while the arrow is directly in the box and it doesnt count. I would not be happy if this game was advertising my movie...

I know what you mean Tacospwn, the easiest two took about 7 tries to perfect for me, but some further down that side were a walk in the park

I dont know why everybody has such a hard time understanding that if it lags its more your fault than theirs. Its YOUR internet and/or YOUR PC.
