Absolutely amazing. The first game was great, the second was awesome, this one is on a whole new level. 10 new guitars, 14 new songs (Lengthy too, which is good. ^_^), new style (1, 2, 3, and 4 can be used for cords), a hit/miss counter (Which is useful if you're trying to get a perfect), the note hit plays the note (Instead of the song just continuing on, it plays a random note).
This game is amazing. It deserves badges. I have some ideas of what would be neat for badges. (Easy - 5 points) - Get 10 award points on Amateur.
(Medium - 15 points) - Get 6 golds and a perfect on Amateur.
(Hard - 30 points) - Get 2 perfects on Amateur, and 2 perfects on Pro.
(Impossible - 60 points) - Get 56/56 award points.

I can't stand having the arrows and the number/letter overlap. It confuses the screen and annoys me to no end. I much preferred v2's method of putting the holds on the bars in between the arrow tracks. I could actually see what was going on that way!

Awesome game, not sure if i prefer number 2 or not. I quite liked the songs being a shorter length and i feel the quality of songs was better - some of the ones on this version are dreadful. The extra letter/number is proving to be my downfall at the minute as I keep reverting into a SCGMD trance :p

updated version is great, can't say a bad thing about it except for the extremely long songs that make it hard to get perfects. 5/5 + fav

This game is pretty good but i think its actually a bit less good then SCGMD2.
In some songs the beat doesnt go with the arrows.
Still I have no problem with the 4th key added for the challange.

Been waiting it for ages.
I enjoy it.. but the quieting of the sound when you mess up is REALLY off putting.. and after i make one mistake.. many more follow.. and many other mistakes should not arise from 1... Also when its muted and turned up in the space of a second, the arrows jutter around for me. :(.. all in all 3/5.. as ive been awaiting it.. and its good.. but its got some elements that leave desire for.

yes this game was much worse than 2 IMO. first of all, the song are WAY too long. im not going to want to play a song over and over again if i miss up near the end of a 4/5 minute song. Thats not fun, thats obnoxious.
The other thing is it is nearly impossible on the hardest ones. I think the maker went overboard when they made this game...

Really, koen, we don't care if you're writing in guitar mode or not, also if you're trying to impress me you'll have to take a longer shot than that... Seriously, who cares...

why are you all complaining because the game is hard...what is the point in playing an easy game that you can finish without any practice or effort? It's also a bit more challenging if you play it with the keyboard like guitar..and more fun heh,

@Dragon: learn to read...when it says 1 press 1...i think the numbers makes it easier than the letters because the position of numbers is more obvious

nice game, but not as good as SCGMD2
some things I don't like:
-the songs are way too long (every song should be under 2 minutes imo)
-it's too hard
-the new interface (always get the numbers wrong, because I always press 1 instead of 4, 2 instead of 3 and so on because I am still used to the way it was in the second part)
overall: 3/5

I give 5/5 like all of these games, but this one got to long songs, liked the asd more then asdf or 1234... overall still a great game but think the 2 is better. Keep on creating more games like this!!
