Super game! I love the part where a hold note just randomly gives you a miss allthough the button was never released.

If the game is slow because your computer is slow, don't complain to the developer. Do you complain at major gaming companies because they produce games your computer can't play?
It's a rhythm based music game. Every note you have to hit coincides with a note played in the song. I tested one of my slower PCs and found that even with the lag, as long as I press the key it says I should press when the note hits on the song it registers.
When all else fails, do yourself a favor and unload your system a bit. Close all those unnecessary programs you have running in the back. Yes, that includes all your little messenger programs you're using to chat with all your buddies. Temporarily mute chat so that your system isn't bogged down even more trying to keep the chat window refreshed. A large number of the ads that run on Kongregate are based in flash and aren't coded properly to eliminate the right-click functions. Right-click the ad and deselet "Play".

YES FINALLY, my tip to anyone is to just pick the 7 shortest songs and master them.. i played this a long time ago and had 2 complex long songs done though, i dont know how, so i just did 5 easy

i dont like these kind of games that much. but this even worse. guitar hero is ok because at least the buttons are coordinated iwht the music well, but here they dont do a very good job of that, and so the only way to do good is to look at it and press when your eyes tell you to, rather than when you would normally listining to the music. BAD GAME

Last comment. The songs that I could get medals on. Gold - In Your Eyes by Verax, Chaos Within by Tatsu Takahashi and The Instrumental Song by DTG. Bronze - in Nobody Else by Noise Pollution, All Day Comfort by SWiTCH, Mars bars and Mentos by yapperface, Speedfreak by Eliminator. Silver - The Fade by Setu Firestorm. I really do suck at these game, but the Speedfreak by Eliminator wasn't as difficult as the title makes you think it is and Mars bars and Mentos was also a little easier. Lick Up The Honey by AQUILA, Train Wreck by Noise Pollution and SWiTCH vs Evil-Dog Round 2 made me want to throw my keyboard across the room. IF YOU CAN'T GET BRONZE ON A SONG, MOVE TO THE NEXT ONE! SOME ARE EASIER THAN OTHERS!

Lick Up The Honey is officially the worst song humanly created.
And that's the one I can't pass to get the card.
So I need to listen to it. Over and over again. And whenever you make a mistake, PLEASE dont' make it that twangy sound if you are ever going to make SCGMD4. It gets on my nerves.
SCGMD2 is so much better, and I managed to get the first three badges without problem.

I'd like to add to what I said earlier. I've started to experience some lag/jumping. This seems to happen when I'm doing okay, then make a mistake. I'm sure with a faster computer I wouldn't have this problem, but the graphics seems to pause then jump when it plays the mistake sound. Really throws your rhythm off though.

this game is horrible many will probably hate me but so does guitar hero i do not see how people play it go out and get a REAL guitar and play one 2/5 game sux horribly

brake, if you push wrong buttons it doesnt show up as a mistake but till takes points off your total. getthe keys right and you'd do fine!

just practice. geez. this is just like riding a bike. keep practicing. but now everyone wants a ticket to the sweepstakes, get frustrated because they're unable to concentrate and handle more than two buttons at a time, and start rating this game with a 1, while it deserves at least a four. Christ.

Better than I can do. I see the lag, although to me it's not as terrible as some people say. The only real issue I've had is the first note. SOMETIMES it sees me press the correct key and gives me the note, SOMETIMES it doesn't. But as it's the first note, if I don't get it I restart the song and try again.
But as a help to everyone else, I find that if I turn the volume down so I can just barely hear the song, it really helps me beat the lag issue. Although being a song about the music makes this kind of a drag.

4/5. I like the songs, the controls are good but slightly unresponsive at times. My main issue is the difficulty curve. There are two songs you can easily get awards on followed by many you can't. Maybe a song or two more in each difficulty band would not only make the difficulty curve slower but improve the game overall. Keep it up.

It's not that it's out of time with the music; it is, but that's not the point; it's that it doesn't respond to when you actually hit the keys correctly when in the little area

I really don't get why you thought it would be a good idea to have the ASDF notes overlapped by the arrow notes. That just makes it harder to read. Go back to how you had it before.
