I think something that would drastically reduce difficulty with this game would be to have the notes come in vertically instead of horizontally, like Guitar Hero. It may help some people coordinate their fingers better.

if you have lag here's what i do:
turn off chat
toggle of voice and effects in game
turn quality all the way down
this should seriously reduce lag
