Under rating threshold (show) Its all about the rifle you are using. Not using the right rifle means your round isn't reaching target. Yeah it should let you know that, but hey, its a flash game.

Under rating threshold (show) it says the level 9 bug is fixed.... it wasn't fixed for me. my bullets had no effect that level.
