Well I can defeat Boss 37 with the flick of my finger i.e. nuke, but if I rebirth just after that I lose my NUMBER so much that I can't defeat boss 20.
I can defeat Boss 37 after just 2 seconds with my current NUMBER

@Da_DeViL, throwing equipment onto itself actually does things, it increases level which increases the equipments capabilities. the trash can is for later on, when you have too many items and can't hold on to them all

Any purpose to the trash can? I can just throw the equipment onto itself. Even though I don't get any benefits from it, I don't get any benefits from putting it in the trash either.

Where's WALDORF? I beat him for the 3rd time but had to save and leave the game. Came back and he cannot be found in any menu anywhere.

I know that I'm very late to the game and being able to play it, but some of the comedy in this game is some of the best that I've ever heard. the beginning one where it talks about "NUMBERS" which can multiply your attack and defense stats, it's like "Past your momma jokes big" that's one of the best comedy that I've seen in a game like this. Bravo, my guy :D.

I am confused because I don't find the idle part and don't know what I should do. Seems that if I leave the game running and step away turns out the game didn't go anywhere. If I turn the game off and step away there's no adventure mode then either. So to actually progress any I need to babysit all the time?
the game gains progress in pretty much everything except adventure drops when offline.
when online, your issue might be that your browser is throttling the tab with ngu on it, if it's not in the focus. An easy workaround is to put ngu in its own window.

Game files keep regressing back to over a week ago; it gets annoying having to redo my progress again and again. Day 9 now; still no dev response.
sounds like you have something routinely flushing out the local save on the page - if you simply click "load online" when this happens before the online save overwrites, you ought to fetch a fairly recent save.
fake edit: or try the kartridge version which skips all this browser malarkey and saves directly to your pc!

Please implement a pause game function that would pause the game while both online and offline. To prevent menu/item switching, because some people don't understand, make it impossible to do anything besides unpausing when paused.

i got both badges in 20 seconds and forgot about them. the idea here is to play the game and enjoy the humor, not just get badges and leave. idle game badges, especially these, actually require devotion. Thanks for the funny badges 4G, keep up the great work!

Further thoughts on the game. I'd love a "Cap all" button for magic spells, a "keep capped" checkmark for hacks so I don't have to recheck the one I'm currently raising every time my cap increases or I rebirth would also be quite welcome. For people that like to set multiple things separately, a percentage check next to the only place where the third resource is spent that would apply whenever that value changes would work too. (I love the fact I don't have to touch beards between rebirths)
Definitely! just need to get my hands on a mac so i can see why my (totally blind) attempt to package up the mac files failed completely, and work from there.
