My main problem with this game is how ALL the enemies do the exact same thing. They attack. And attack. And that's it. I haven't even noticed any other behavior or resistances. All these enemies are just pointless re skins. It would be cool if some enemies do a ranged attack like you, maybe stun, have resistance to poison, etc.
But all that said, awesome game!
Thanks! Well yeah you're right, all enemies are basically the same with more hp and strength... We are changing that in the Steam sequel :) Now they have all different attack pattern!

Yes and no! We are usually two (Argl and Kuho) to make SoulGames. This one I made "alone", but I re-used all arts assets from our previous games, so it's still Kuho arts :)

it's so hard not to block the stars during practice mode when you first start, i guess it just becomes a reflex to block everything that comes at you :`

Great game, but unfortunately, as others have noted, it's quite laggy to the point of not being playable. Are you sure there's no memory leak or anything for the game? Because I'm looking at my Task Manager, and Chrome's memory usage is steadily going up without me doing anything.
Well, it's weird... I'm really thinking it could be due to recent bashing on Flash player from the different browser, 'cause we didn't have those issues initially. I spent a lot of time tracking down memory leak when the game got released :p Sorry for the troubles anyway.

Really fun game, but sometimes the sword training gets a bit ridiculous, like a up right and a down apple all released at the same time at like 60 combo, other times it's extremely easy to go till 90+ combo
Yeah the difficulty spikes can be located a bit randomly, but they are actually always beatable! Even the fastest combinaison can be beaten and you can reach systematically crazy combo once you get it ^^
