One of the better flash games to come out this year though. I'd love to see something like this on Steam. (hint hint)

Sure I'll give it a 5/5 because: 1. It is fun 2. I love the minigames 3. It is addicting 4. It is not too complicated (actually rather play simple stuff) and 5. FINALLY a new game that doesn't suck on kong...we have all been waiting for something new like this.

I can block apples coming at me 10 at a time from all directions, but can only block a choreographed sword swing 25% of the time. Training never prepares you for the real thing 11/10.
training is repetitive but its anything but slow after 30 seconds, combat is fluid and the leveling and stat systems are amazing.

how to get really good without doing much - Step 1: go to defense or critical training. Step 2: leave it running and go watch a film or something.

For anyone having trouble I beat the game lvl 67, here are my stats:
9000 attack
2300 archery
5200 defense
6400 dodge
2000 critical
Skills: max shield bash, omnisoul, heal, magic armour.
Talents: Max alchemist, max blessed, max treacherous, maxed vampiric, max brutal, max impatient.
For beating bosses buy potions and the thunder spell. You'll want to stun lock them as much as possible, and use your magic shield/heal when you can't stun lock. This makes bosses easy. If you have money problems stop buying wasteful upgrades like the museum, focus on upgrading weapon and armor.

There are a lot of things I like about this game. I gave it four stars - remove the casual sexism and I'll give it five. Gamers, eh?

Best game ever.
The training is fun and entertaining, with amazing graphics. My favorite is the bow and arrow one. It actually looks realistic!
My only wish is that you could allow an option to reset skill points you use on statistics, raise the potion limits to 5 (so it's even) and reduce the lag during some training games. It's kinda hard to dodge things when it takes five seconds for my person to move.
But other than that, this game is perfect, and I can't wait for you to make it better. :)

I absolutely love it... except for the strength minigame.
That thing is annoying as hell. Block is also a bit annoying, but not nearly as much.
I just can't hit the keys fast enough for it, when the apples are coming almost simultaneously from multiple directions.
...Block minigame has the same problem, actually.

This is one of the best games I have ever played on Kongregate. The fact that training is actually somewhat of a challenge and that there are goals for for it is amazing. I love the whole combat system. The entire game is amazing. Keep up the good work SoulGame!

The block training reminded me of the YouTube video 'Two Best Friends Play-Pokemon Snap' where Pat goes "I'm going to hit you with apples you piece of sh#t!" Which made me laugh pretty hard.

fun game all around.. only one problem, as soon as you get the critical chance trainer, its pretty much game over,, leave it on crit trainer over night, come back to like 5k crit chance and 30 levels up. idle for the cheap win

I was at ~90% done, and now when I come back after a break it's stuck at the "Loading API" screen. I left it alone to do other stuff and it's been on this screen for 30 minutes. And yes, I've tried refreshing...
