Also, You just need to think tactically. The game isn't that hard, I beat both of the hard levels on my first try. You get more than enough money to build what you need to beat the waves off.

very fun but very hard i found a money glitch...if things were costing 40 like the walls they were only costing 4 instead, this happened on everything but halfway through a level it would go back to normal...plus everything costs way to much for the amount of money you get each wave...plz fix these problems cuz they were really annoying.

Meh. Okay TD. Kinda like the idea of it. Need some polish though. 3 things I want to see. 1, to be able to place a Cannon and a Bastion without Palisades. Just take the cost out of the placement. This will make cannon placement less tedious. (for example, a pucker gun takes 910 for me to build with no palisades) Two, I want to be able to turn my turrets faster. The command doesn't seem to work for me. Three, I want to be able to redo a wave from before I placed anything. So rewind to before I built or repaired anything. The first 2 should be easy and in the game, no doubt. The third is a wish. :)

Im upset. I was playing the game, well on my way to earning the card challenge when the game freezes. Not my computer, the game. This is a glithch that might need to be fixed.

Why only 1 medium badge when you said badgeS were coming Monday? Sigh.
Game is great, think you need to rebalance costs of units with their unlock costs - once you've unlocked L3 infantry and L3 walls, the rest of the game is easy. On hard I can finish with about 200 L3 infantry.. too easy.

the issue with the cannons being exactly the same isn't true, tier 3 cannons are like 3x faster then tier 1 and tier 1 fire when the enemy is like 4 squares away when combied with puckle guns but tier 3 fire asap.

Oddly enough, I have the speedrun achievement for Hard levels, but not for any of the others. That's strange, isn't it? You'd think that I'd be able to get the easier ones, considering that they give you more time to "win".

There seems to be a glitch regarding wall healing and attacking, i have the whole heal x%Hp thing, and if i have it on an empty wall the enemy keeps attacking, i have two green jackets shooting my Earthworks for 25 minutes so far :P
Fantastic game btw, not too long, fun, and progressive, if just a bit on the easy side.

The speed run achievements seem to be rather broken. Even if I manage to have every unit dying the instant it appears on screen, hold fast forward the entire time, immediately launching new waves as soon as possible, the easiest map is still going to take something like 15 minutes, with a weirdly large portion of that being the time it seems to take the game to realize every unit is dead. Plus, even if it did work right, I don't really see the point of this one. Beyond the few seconds you can shave off by building as close to spawn points as possible, there really isn't any speeding to be done. It's basically an achievement awarded based on how fast your computer can render the game.

love the game, but here's some constructive criticisms: first, the turret rotating hotkey doesnt work--this is the single most annoying aspect of the game. there is far too much clicking involved... second, we should be able to paint units and buildings by holding down the mouse. third, the exciting "battle" music plays during the building phase, and the calmer music plays during the battle phase. :)

there was a bug on the lower left field of easy that made the enemy prussians invincible i'm pretty sure that's not right...

i hate it when the invaders are just out of range and they keep on firing at you. sometimes, the invaders get "lost" and when no one is shooting at them, i have to restart the game because i can't move on.

Greenjackets are a bit too godly when you have their achievements. I won both the hard maps by just building a 1-deep ring of greenjackets standing on earthworks around my bastion. Too good. Since they have such high damage you will never get the "10k bullets fired"-achievement either, since they kill everything without using that many bullets :((( I should have gotten that one first before I started getting the Greenjackets achievements (which makes the units too good to need that many bullets ever).

This may be a retarded question... but can you turn a cannon/bastion? My Cannons/Bastions keep facing a retarded direction when I want them to face the other way.

Odd bug while holding FF button with one too many greencoats, units visually "stopped" firing (mine and theirs) but SFX continued, their units stopped dying and seemed to wander about a little confused. Sudden flood of visual shots (catching up?) here and there. Bit weird, not disruptive. Maybe allow some performance disable options?

glitchy.... i understand the thing where you click the calender twice and it moves the enemy but there is another glitch where the enemy gets stuck and wont move no matter what and he is not in line of my guns.. happened to me loads of times and its so annoying because then I have to start again

I love it. But there is one thing. When i have enough money to upgrade to Earthwork at wave one by wave 5 the longer range enemies are out of the range of my walls so they could be there all day shooting and doin no damege so there should be like a shot limit so after someone shoots 20-30 times they automaticly die or something.

BUG
- sometimes enemy units get stuck in the Trou de Loups but don't die and can't move so the game is constantly stuck in battle mode. Only fix is to return to the main menu and sacrifice your progress which is a bit irritating if you've just done 39 of 40 waves on hard mode...

Is it just me or does playing as british vs prussia easy mode. Seriously, long range snipers against horrible ranged infantry. You don't really need any cannons or defense, just a lot of wood around your fort for snipers to stand on. =p

The "EASY" stage is incredibly hard.... or maybe it's because I don't understand how to play... Tutorial doesn't make a ton of sense to me, or at all. :\

You have a great framework. Please make a sequel. There are so many little collision detection bugs/line of fire bugs that aggravate me while playing, it's a bit ridiculous. When an enemy stands directly in my cannon's line of fire, and nothing is done to kill it, I get a bit pissy. Widen the actual parameters, make it a bit more forgiving, and include a few new unit/trap types. This game has great potential.

@TheNumberA: I just tried that, and um... For some strange reason, I unlocked the kill 1500 french achievement, and 250 engineers... The weird thing is... I had just started a wave, was fighting the Prussians and there was no engineers

a lot of times does the game glitch, enemy's shooting from half way across the map and/or random deaths, or they get stuck on a in traps, or random on the map
