Possible exploit? Not sure if the developer had intended this but use your puckle guns facing INWARD on opposite ends of your fortress. You'll notice the widest part of your field of fire is just on the outside of your walls annihilating the enemy infantry as they engage. It's odd how you're firing thru your fortress and your own men to do so and it makes the game a bit too easy.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game :) but it's so giltchy! The engineers seem to have a spasm or some sort and just sit there shaking. Apart from the numerous glitches I loved the game! For
a sequel maybe be the attackers as well? Also when you get green jackets it's a piece of cake! just double layer it and let it play!

the button that makes the troop find a new path coz they got stuck and wont move and you have to click the calender thing.... DOESN'T WORK FOR ME, playing endless mode, stuck at lvl21

Yeah, I agree with the the "making endless harder", but the rate of HP increase is way too high. It's ok untill about lvl 20, when it get difficult, which is ok. The about lvl 30, thats when the engineers are just way too powerfull. As I can get a better game out of the hard levels (which are 40 waves) there is no reason to bother with endless. Maybe if there was some insentive to play endless (like a .2% discount on all items with every wave completed on endless, for example giving a 6% discount on all waves after completing wave 30, wave 100 would get 20%).

It's a fun little game, but the upgrading structure seems a little out of whack. Why does it cost more to upgrade an existing cannon than to buy a new one? And not just a little bit!

The Calender thing leads to a bug in and of itself :P If you click the calender rapidly, enemy troops won't move at all. You can just click it rapidly while cannons take out the entire enemy army.

bugs aplenty. One that is really annoying me is that I'm trying to earn the "Anxious" one but I keep getting stuck. I hold the fast forward and the firing sound just goes on and on with no change in graphic and no end of that wave. I tried the calendar thing but that did nothing to fix this bug. Game is great but needs work to earn the 5/5 that is capable of getting.

Altogether too easy; you're forced to grind the skirmishes for Achievement bonuses, which help you get far in the extremely challenging endless mode. Balance is fairly off center, with mines being relatively useless. The Greenjacket unit needs to be more expensive. Cannons should increase in range with upgrades, not just fire rate. (Although that does increase their use exponentially) Units could 'rank up' after a certain number of kills; always a nice feature in a game of this sort. Overall, a fabulous effort; a sequel is eagerly anticipated! (Also, the most fun achievement was 'Speed Run'- difficult, but not impossibly annoying)

I got to wave 30 of 30 and the game semi-froze up. puckle guns kept firing, but nothing else did, and nothing was dying. Also when I drug the mouse across any unit it's range and health would appear and never go away, which was kind of cool...but I'd have much rather finished the battle.

Epic Game! JhimmyDingo is right, no one came up with that. like how someone made a game were you get past the towers.

On some levels if you arent playing as the British (Who have the best range of fire), you'll get stuck because there will be a soldier or two firing at your buildings which are healing faster than they can be damaged, while your troops cant attack them because they're out of range. FIX THIS DAMNIT. +1 if you agree....

If you don't want your cannons to fir too early, set them up up a little back so they let more than one enemy unit come out before they fire.
SPIOLER:
After you fight past the first level you should start with more money. Use the extra money to go ahead and unlock the Puckle Gun. Instead of doing one-hit-kills it fires faster than even the British troops and deals about the same damage as a low level unit. Once you get around to setting up good defenses and having three or four P. Guns firing at where the enemies spawn from you should have no problems. Just make sure you maintain your barricades and units, and make sure none of your bastions can be easily gotten to. Throw in a few traps for good measure, too.

Great game, but far too easy. 3 layers of any lvl 3 infantry will take on anything. I guess it'd help to reduce drastically achievements bonuses and money.
Cant wait for V2.0 :)

Too easy on hard lvls. Just pick up brittains, get greenjackets... many greenjackets... Even more greenjackets... and forget about enemies.

Needs more stuff to spend money on also. I find myself able to beat every level with a normal palisade (possibly upgraded) and lots of barricades. Then, I just need to keep repairing them. More, bigger, longer range units would be nice.

Very well designed game. I enjoy how units can be upgraded, but have to be "unlocked' first. It also helps so I don't have to disband a unit, then purchase the upgraded one. I agree that "hold" for speed should be replaced with "toggle." Also, having the ability to place multiple units without re-clicking the buy button is nice, but it needs a way to un-select it so I don't have a bastion hovering under my cursor constantly. Great game overall. Maybe would like to see a zoom feature to see the battles much closer...

very good game. A few glitches that need to be fixed (ie endless mode I got to wave 45 and it hung like a donkey!! It would move its Ass!!) Still good for hobbyest game, tho I think you'll want to sort for your developers pride!
