HOW I BEAT THE GAME. Well, first thing i did was a upgraded my castle income, helps later in the game were it takes longer for your miners to get the crystals back to the castle. I immediatly fully upgraded my archidons after that, (really helps in those levels were they spam pesky swordsmen). Then i fully upgraded everything on the spearton, after i got the spearton i stopped using swordsmen because in my point of view from then on there kinda just a waste of money. a good tactic is 2 lines of speartons 1 line of archers and later on a giant, i ussually have 4 miners too. Keep in mind im still working on insane but this stradegy works on normal and hard. after you fully upgrade your speartons but you prolly dont have a giant yet, you should focus on how fast the miner digs out gold, then after you get a giant just focus on his upgrades.

Completed on 3 sites and for the last lvl get 2 miners 1 wizard 0 giants(they take to long to train) 1 archer to take control of and as many swordsmen and spartens as possible.Keep this comment ALIVE!!!!!:)

great game my favorite but there needs to be a free play or something i hate that to play more of this game all i can do is start from the beginning but losing all of my upgrades

how do you beat the spartans?!?!?!? they kill my swordsman in like 2 hits and my archers do .1 damage to them and they just keep coming! help!

WHAT? FINAL LEVEL! DESTROYED STATUE! IT DISSAPEARS! AND THE SOLDIERS KEEP ATTACKING WHEN THERE@S NOTHING THERE! GRRRRRR! OH WELL! I DID WIN!

i played this game many times and i usually won by mass producing archers with a few spartans and this is also a good strategy in the begginning ambush for new players.

for those who are stuck: although the tutorial helps, here are some more critical hints.
You only need 1-3 miners. they die too fast, and upgrading your money persecond helps more
when you are very close to killing the enemy statue, if they send a counter attack, take control of one soldier and continue battering the statue instead of attacking the enemy. this way, you don't need to waste effort killing enemy soldiers. this strategy also works if the enemies are going to kill you. overall, the two most useful units are the swordwrath and giant, because you can mass produce swordwrath and giants are invincible when you are controlling them. until you get giant, substitute them with spartans. be sure to have 2-3 backup archers in case you have to retreat!

All-around good, this game forces you to morph your strategy slightly if not completely by the end of the game. The ability to control a unit makes the game in my opinion; without this feature the game would be , but not nearly as much as with it. I think the magikill AI failed when I fought it because it just ran around attacking not making many minions, but later on it got smarter. I love all of the facets of this game and I might come back to play it on hard. 5/5 and favorite. Badges are deserved but not necessary; in fact, I find that several of the best games on this site don't have a single one, although many do.

Upgrade archer attack and statue defense + gradual gold income and then defend for a bit at the beginning until the enemy finished the first patch of gold. With archers for cover and 1 or 2 spearmen you can defeat everyone.

needs a option to replay maps for upgrades im stuck on magikill,even if you cant repeat maps makes the game harder, sometimes its TOO hard

i thought insane mode would be really insane but its just a bit harder than hard(when to stick page to play) i dont wanna think how much time i will spend if they create a SW2

One of the games i beat on another site ( read shout on profile ) a gaint is really the statue at the end of the game
