Definitely in the top five for online flash games. The only reason I wouldn't give this 5 stars is if I could give it 6.

Easiest way to win. basic guidelines, do NOT do the following: Upgrade anything about arrows, upgrade the footspeed of the sworman, upgrade the stun of mage, and do not use the giant at all. DO NOT do these things and you will minimize unneccesary costs. The first thing to upgrade is your goldperturn from the statue, do this until its maxed, then put 1 upgrade on swordman so he has a sword, then put an increased rate for mining gold on the miner. And in between most of this, UPGRADE FULLY THE SPEARMAN, especially their blocking ability, they are the most useful unit in a tough time, but take a while to train. When possible, spam swordman till you reach max, and attack, easy win. Vote up to keep this comment alive (also, take control of your people when you stage attacks, you'll do more damage) hope it helps.

this game is easy dudes make a stick war two. or better yet....make a people war. same concept except no sticks great game can be better though

i you're stuck on a level use the swordsman upgrade a fully updraded swordsman can beat a giant (on normal at least) awasomest game 10/10

this game doesnt need easy
i completed this game in 62 min, so that only means you DON´T control army or you dont have tactic
army has 3 times stronger attack when you play with it and bigger health
and here you are one good tactic: at the begining build 3 swordmans or 1 spearton (on normal) and attack enemy and dont let him get money while you create at your base miners
for upgrades do what you want, i fully upgraded spearton and miner and swordmen
with other i havent played so i didnt upgraded them

Why isn't there an EASY difficulty!? Normal is WAY too hard! 2/5 unless an EASY is added then it would be 5/5. Love the game but can't get past Westwind if I'm lucky to beat Pertland. Even with fully upgraded Speartons and Miners.

HAHAHA can't get past normal? Just upgrade swordsman all the way. get 3 archers for defense then rush the rest into swordsman...they are easily the strongest unit cause you can rush tons of them and they hit like buses

just zig zag in the enemy lines(alone) and kill every swords and arrows without a hit!!!

For the first round against Archidon, Use the ClubMen to zig-zag and take control of a clubman too. One of the best games on kongregate.

Also, when the game starts, recruit a swordswrath and rush towards the enemy monument, aiming for the miners and some cheap shots and the monument. On SOME maps, the AI would defend in their garrison (since they have only a few soldiers), and this way you can deprive your opponent of gold, since their miners would be in garrison, and also get some whacks at the monument!

although one thing i hate is that whenever the swordsmen get to the monument, they'll go into some stupid defense position (even though im on attack) and NOT WHACK THE MONUMENT, even if it has one speck of health left.This could be to make the game harder,but its infuriating; remove this and make the game harder in some other way.

Jm8706's strategy seems to work :D and this game is really fun! probably because im drowning them in swordsmen. Music is nice as well, though perhaps the miners could have a bit more cheer, they seem so sad :(

wow i made all my army archers only to protect my self then collected enough gold to make all magician then i had unbeatable army of minions got more 210 minions
