Super. The economy *almost* works. (You can screw with it by dumping a trade good where the price is high, then buying it back once the market is depressed. But if you do that the town can't afford to buy ANY luxuries until they sell exports. So it's actually balanced, in a way.) The economic system alone is a major design feat. I like the turn-based combat. Easy figure out, but takes some time to totally optimize. The story-mode plot is cool. Survival mode rocks. I've played this on other sites and never got my name into the high scores because I never lost. You only score after you die. That I dislike. Considering the background, many weapons are anachronistic. Which makes things a bit less realistic. Considering the apocolyptic setting, the game should lose the 100+yr old weapons and include improvised munitions. Otherwise, just super and looking forward to v2.0. I was sure it would never happen until I read SFGs post, above.

Just destroyed a new caravan with one man only with fists, no armor, no training and no car - so it is possible. Then i earned a million in 1day 7hours althuough i started with 0$ (i didnt go to Sheriff in story mode).

there is a glitch in this a unlimited money giltch all you do is go to a shop and hit the up arrow on the stuff to buy and an item called undefined will come up buy it and there you go. also if it doesnt work keep going in and out of the shop it will eventually show up. hit + so it can be seen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

Man... the those bandits at the bunker are insane, after firing two rpgs, 5 pointblank shotgun rounds, a dozen grenades, and several bullets, only three died... seriously, how the heck can they take a direct hit from a rpg and two grenades and still live to tell the tale...

@genius11 I don't think it shows it because at the end of the day it is a 'map' made out of paper not a gps however, a good addition to the next one would be to be able to purchase a gps or recieve it in the campaign. And aelix i'm not 100% sure but there may be a mission in there which you then get protection. I wouldn't complain about it as it makes life alot easier.

Damn, i hate when people say something that he knows evryone will put rate-up in him, like, "hands up if you want caravaneer 2", OBVIOUSLY EVRYONE WATS IT! So he will get free rate-up easy easy, you all dont need to rate this up, but dont rate down though XD because im not either of these people, but some people do say something smart, and sometimes they get rated down because one person rated him so evryone fallowed that person! Like GENIUS is totaly right, the robbers will just pass by if you stay put in the city,i myself did! But some people that say "NEED ACHIEVMENTS" sometimes get more Rate-ups than people that report one bug or one doubt! No, evryone that has doubts get rated-down, i seed myself, PM that person instead, so other people with the same doubt can see in his profile or something! *huff huff* Ok, im tired of writing...

the thng I don't like about this game is that you have to tajke turns,I wish the person you hired would become a computer who could fight on his own.I hate waiting for my openent when there is like 20 of them!the battle would be more interesting and more fierce if everyone fought at the same time.other than that this game is 10000000000/10000000000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nevermind I get it now. Horses are pointless if your guys are on foot, but will match speed of ATVs. Still, would have been nice to be able to ride the horses for early extra speed.

let me explain my point a bit... there should be some strategic considerations on whether you buy a mule, camel, horse, or ox. carrying capacity and how much food/water they take is certain one part of the strategy. with horses, there's basically no point to having them UNLESS you can ride them to either outrun or run-down robbers.

@cruix you dont ride the horses the speed of 5kph is the speed of your slowest human
if you want to go faster you need to get an atv or car

Without any exaggeration I could put almost as much time as I chucked at Elite, Hardwar and the port royale games at this... god help me when the sequel comes out... Now there's a conflict wanting the sequel but not watning it because I know my life will take second place :D
