cool, if you're going slow enough you can turn around. Really messes with the computer because it generates a new obstacle every time, so its never the same thing twice

I think an interesting thing to look into would be an addition of a time slow mechanism. Whether you can use it by pressing a key and it refills when not in use or its a collectable item or whatever. It would be a nice addition to an amazing game. It does slightly dull the skill level required but when you get into the 900's and higher in hard it would be nice. Just a suggestion. Great game nonetheless.

FCKING GENIUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Omfg This Game is So Epic:The Graphics are as they should be(They are just Square and Line Based Graphics), Gameplay is Easy and Cool!!!!
Although as my Computer doesn't have much RAM, can't play so much in Hard as there are so many tunnels which have more 3D Obstacle Data... Still a Good Game 10/5(5/5 ):)

What happened to this game? earlier versions were much more stable and I use to love it! unfortunately now high speeds are unplayable due to the stutter problems, any way to fix it tenebrous?
Hey now, no need for that :) louster had a perfectly valid point, and had totally figured out how my code is currently working (i.e. badly in some cases!)

... On a similar note, I just managed to stutter entirely through the tube boundary. Spent a second or two completely outside it, before being returned to the middle. Seriously: tie the game state to the number of frames displayed, rather than a timer, and the game would be much more playable.

I'd like to like this game, as it's a nice idea and generally well-executed, but the inconsistent framerate makes it utterly impossible to play for me. Even if the periodic display stutters can't be fixed, it would be preferable if the game would cease updating the state while the display is frozen. At least then a stutter on a corner wouldn't be instant failure.

God I love this game! Would be great to have some "trap zones" in an "extreme mode" with mouse inversed or with color inversion (red would be the empty spaces while white would be plain), stuff like this you see?
Anyway this game is great !

I was prepared to consider this game forgettable, but then it did something no other game on Kongregate has ever done to me. It refused to let me move my mouse cursor and navigate away from the game at the Game Over screen. This is the first game on Kongregate that has ever made sure to rub it in my face that I lost. So to that I say "F.U. too Tenebrous. 1/5."

Games like this really need to be in the third person. It's only fun for a short amount of time; after that, it gets nauseating.

Just got a wierd bug in practice mode: I was going 800, then it slowed down to 5 for some reason. I was slow enough that I could turn around and go back :D

just to add, how can you release a timing-based racing/obstacle game with such inconsistent framerate. the artificial difficulty due to huge changes in fps makes this a 3/5. otherwise the idea is excellent and the setup is fun, but the execution is not there

The only part I don't like is when I have to go around a bunch of curves and my mouse goes out of the screen, so I can't control my ship anymore.
