I'm unfamiliar with .asav files. I've read they are text files and I have some limited coding experience, but it looks very strange to me in notepad. What's the best way/program to view them if we want to do so?
They are base64 encoded binary files. Decode them and then open them with a hex editor, and you can (if you know what you're doing) edit your file. It's a lot easier to use the dev console though (ctrl+shift+d).

col161616 & Heyven: when you use the dragon cave you have to have the dragon in your inventory not familiar slot and click on the familiar thing when you use the dragon cave. and put it in the slot to do it.

Hello again! Will the eastern island get a huge expansion on the next update? If it is, can you add the option to fly your dragon so your stamina won't just die from using the dragon armor? My tip for it so people still use dragon armor is the flyable dragon goes as fast as the dragon when it's provoked.

That's awesome. Maybe add a slowness potion (-1 to speed permanently and make sure it can't fall below default speed) from bloodstone + hamburger + pancakes. It would probably work without bloodstone too. :)
You can always use the dev console (ctrl+shift+d when in game, and a window should come up - type "player.addSpeed(-4)" and hit enter). But, I might want to add a way to modify speed in game so you can move slower if you want.

spirit gem can be found by following wyrm back to it lair there you need to kill mother wyrm to get the spirit gem. water spirit in the the right corner of the island.

i have 2 baby dragon and blood too but cant turn it into young dragon. upgrading the battery rather than carry too much of it is better.Building a new community in the other island a house etc is recommended. love the game :)

I can't seem to get the end game achievement, is this due to the science island being added, or is it just a problem for me?

It seems if i leave by use of the dragon, the game crashes, if i leave by use of the boat, the game crashes. Any suggestions around this?
This is a bug with playing the game in an IFrame on the latest version of chrome. I submitted a bug report, but who knows how long it'll take them to fix it (if ever). For now, use a different browser, or play the game outside an iframe (like here: https://fancyfishgames.com/Aground/play/ )

I've hit the adult dragon accidently the dragon when i was trying to summon the mage, how do i make it stop attacking me or how long till it stops?

I've already spent 6 hours on the game between yesterday and today and I have got to say that this is one of my favorite games of this year. I hope that this game will grow larger and maybe even have a sequel in the future.
If you have the "Hatchling" achievement in game, it will resubmit the badge on Kongregate every time you reload the page - eventually you should get it. If that still doesn't work, send them a screenshot.

Would like to see a sorting filter for the Forge in a future update, if possible. Being able to sort by Type (e.g., all sword recipes grouped together followed by all arrow recipes, etc.) and by Element (e.g., all Fire recipes grouped together followed by all Ice recipes, etc.) would prove useful. I think these filtering options will be more desirable as you continue to add more elements and recipes into the game. Given the effort being continually put into this game and the excellent communication you have with your player base, you might already have this feature planned.

Found a bug! And it took some doing. There is some set of conditions where I can't raise dragons anymore. The baby and 5 dragonbloods are in my inventory, but the baby cannot be seen by the interface where dragons are raised.

hi devs! i just want to report a bug i found that when i turned my baby dragon into an adult dragon straight and use the adult dragon to fly to the third island (Magic Island) after i clicked the screen to skip the flying scene and my kongregate website just went black and i cant interact with the kongregate when i come back from a different tab the screen goes white can you fix that in the next update?
I've done a lot of debugging about this, and all I know for certain is that it only happens on the latest version of Google Chrome in Kongregate (it works on other sites I uploaded to). Firefox works fine, and playing the game in a new tab instead of an iframe works too ( http://game287455.konggames.com/gamez/0028/7455/live/ ). I submitted a bug report to Kongregate, so hopefully they help figure out what's going on.

Heads-up to everybody who's trying to raise dragons after the update: THE PROCESS HAS CHANGED. I was confused at first too, but actually you have to click on the first slot ("familiar") and switch, then you can raise it. Any other dragon that's in the lair at the time will go to your inventory. It's a bit unclear what you have to do, especially if you've raised dragons before and assume that it's the same process.
