wait, there's no sound anymore? I have the mute option off but there's still no music nor any sound, what's happening?
The game uses local browser storage, not cookies, but your browser may store that as cookies. With all the areas and objects, the saves can be a few MB large.

It's been a while since last time I played this. Last few things I did was beating the dragon and raising my own so I could go to east though there was no island, going to the island to the west and talking to the cyborg manufacturers which also ended my game, and I also found a secret cave which allowed me to plant pumpkings. Any updates since then? I haven't been using kongregate too much so I don't know if I misssed any
The island to the east is done, you can now fly your dragon! There's been lots of smaller updates, but that seems like the most major thing since you last played.

Why is there is no sound ? When I'm in the main menu there is sound, I begun a new party, for like 2sec there is rain sound and then nothing. no sound at all :/

This is the first game that I've tried today that has a working concept and isn't a complete waste of time like all the "idle" games and the ripoffs. Well done!

You have to Buy some of this? Finished beating the Ancient One and it said "this concludes the Magic Path demo" and i am like what the heck this is a demo?????
The free version is the first three islands (plus some minor ones) of the game - which is quite a long demo haha. More stuff is constantly being added, and will be released in Early Access on August 8th!

help - i am stuck on the eastern island without a weapon or pick or a way to get back to the starting island. is there a way to get back?

To get a Dragon: 1. capture a wyrm: attack it until it has only 1 HP left, then lure it into a trap. 2: take it to the alchemist, he'll put it into a cage. 3: feed the wyrm in the cage, it'll turn into a cocoon, and after a few minutes, a baby dragon will hatch :)

Through my U.D.T (Update Development Time) board i can tell that your up to something big, as the board says, "More time before new update equals one of the two; a big update or the developer is having a little break and making the next update a little slower (All developers have the rights to rest in between updates, just dont listen to rushers).
We do have a big update coming up - the early access launch (August 8th)! We're also going to post an update to the free version then with some new features and improvements, but the majority of the content we've been working on will be for the early access version!
Use ctrl+shift+D to open the dev console. If you get the message: "Nested teleports not yet allowed!" when trying to enter the caves, type "player.prevLocation = null" and hit enter (without quotes), and it'll fix it. This bug is pretty rare (there is one path you can take to get it), and will be fixed in the next update (it's really easy to get by cheating though)!

It was a coincidence that I found and started this game. One of the best choices in my life. It's a lot like Starbound, and I loved that game. I love this game a lot as well :) Thanks for creating this!

@Super Gamer: The dragons already ARE growable and rideable.
@Dudlivich: Use dragon armor (jetpack probably works as well) and mine into the floating island from the side.

how come every time my browser crashes in Firefox and I "restore" the tab, it brings me back to this game? (even if I wasn't playing it)
Right now you can only plant trees where there are no structures, crops, or trees too close by. On the starting island, this means nowhere unless you plant a crop and remove it (or remove structures). I'm going to change this to make it clearer, but you can't place hundreds of trees on the island :P .
I am going to add an easier way to get back (you'll be able to raise dragons on magic island)... but if you defeat the wyrm queen, there's a way back in the top-left corner of the wyrm hive.
