kill the teahcer by throwing rocks at the wood holding the generator thingy 3 times then throwing a rock at the alarm, and then time it to perfection by hitting the wood for the 4th time at it will fall on the teachers melon, job done

And finally he became a proffesional sniper from shooting his cat for ripping his teddy bears head off,choking a kid with a toy car for using his favorite toy car,killing his teacher so he didn't need to go to school,shot and killed two cops because he was drinking and driving,and killed 2 major crime bosses in 39 years? correct me if im wrong.

I just decided to beat the game on Gamefreeca. I personally like the gore better and being able to put his signature in on the wall on last level.

The final mission is easy. Just shoot all the birds. When the man that looks wierd goes over to the balcony, cap him in the head.

Level five can be slightly hard, but I found out what to do. First shoot the middle window on the top floor and kill Eligio White. Then, shoot the street light. Then last but not least, shoot the light on the door. The Police Chief's son will walk out of it without the guards noticing. :D
