in all of the challenges the opposing bots are at least 1.5x faster than you
you have either crappy weapon and high armour or crapy armour and high weapon the badge should be more of an impossible than hard

Originally i gave this game a 5 star it had a we designed customization system and average combat with simple controls however...i changed this 5 to a 1 after playing challenge 2 this is a dumb excuse for a challenge it states that if u run long enough u will win this challenge but alas it is a lie u must kill all 4 1 would be easy and 2 not much harder but 4 is ridiculous im not one to cry over a little game but honestly at least make it an impossible badge

WHY are my robots so bloody RETARDED??? Fun concept but awful "pathfinding." I've lost countless matches to dizzy, brainless pieces of crap. RRG.

ok heres how you beat challenge 4...
get the $4000 chassie, the weapon BELOW the jack hammer, and the best armor,do that for 2 bots, then you could win

now i beat this one, and it was waaay better than bot arena 2... by the way the badge for challenge mode should be impossiple... 5/5 stars

Challenge 4 is poorly designed. The dragon shouldn't have a minimum range - due to the suckie AI commands it makes teh challenge really difficult. You should probably change that. You also need a pause button and a way to quit a currently running game (eg self destruct).

great game!
also, tip for level 4!
the enemy has a certain range, and it doesn't start right next to him, so you need to keep the shield a little bit away from him for it to be in the range...

Challenge 4 is terribly programmed. Even if you manage to control the sheild so that it takes the fire from the dragon, the AI sword is so pathetic the shield dies before the dragon is half down. This game absolutely sucks 1/5, lower if i could

Beated challenge 4 at last. I did it like this: sword follows shield. The shield has to be at least one bot of distance from the dragon, if it gets too close, it won't be aimed. The sword has to be farther from the dragon than the shield, or will get aimed. If the sword gets too close, move it away and than choose to follow the shield again. Takes a couple of tries. Good luck. And I won't be thanking for the game this time, I simply hate it.

Hatoken, Try playing the game for more than 30 seconds., They will follow who I tell them to (sometimes) and shoot whoever they want.

Pepster, you can. You click on the bot and drag your mouse over to the bot you want to attack. You can do it with moving, too.

It's pretty stupid when challenge 4 goes on for a minute or two longer then it should, because the dumb dragon will just let my shield bot follow it around w/o shooting it after the sword dies.

Ok i beat the career mode in a fairly low amount of time, so i dont think im that bad, but how the HELL are you supposed to evade the Jackoffers i mean hammers???
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Robots react way to slow. And they are also extermly stupid, turning around for a while each time i change the target.

Challenge 4 is too hard. Why? My robots are idiots but the opponent's not. My shield is RIGHT NEXT to the enemy and he attacks the sword, which is 2 feet away from him.

Damn, it took me forever to get the first hard badge. That was really fun. Normally I don't like huge, long complicated strategy games (and this isn't really one of them), but I really managed to enjoy this game, since I played it for about 6 hours and won Career mode. The weight requirements became a stategy itself in the higher levels, and I was frustrated at times, but again... it was fun nonetheless. 5/5 but no fav, sadly.

No matter how perfect my strategy, or how finely honed my reflexes, the stupidity and disobedience of my own bots' AI will always screw it up.
