ok i dont know why everybody is complaining about the controls. just set it to standard Ai(default when you enter a battle) and then as long as your bots are more powerful than the other ones by anything(better chasis,better weapon, etc) you will win. very fun game 5/5

I finally beat all the challenges. For me, the evasion took me the longest time, but I eventually got it since I just kept on trying. It turns out that if you go in a circle and keep on changing the destination, the opponents have to keep changing THEIR direction, too - they get confused after awhile, I think...
None of the other ones were hard in their execution - it's just finding the right strategy for each that's the hard part...

O.K. Usually I comment once on a game, , and seldom do I really complain, but this is ####ing ####ing me off!
TheWaste, please do something about the woeful controls. The problem of having to click bots and then send them places is one thing, but the way bots decide to turn around in the least efficient direction whenever they hit an edge is ridiculously frustrating for players.
The 'challenge' in Challenge Mode should be beating the game; not beating the controls!!

YES! I've did all the challenges, the last one i had to do was the 4th one, make the sword follow the shield and just control your shield properly.. good luck

O.K. I have to comment. The 'Training: Evasion' is ridiculously frustrating. If you're going to make a game where you have to click on units in real time to select them, make them easier to select! I'm fracking sick of dying because my mouse pointer was 1 pixel off. Add a transparent 'aura' for selection or something, please!

The 4th challenge, whilst simple in principle (dodge around the edges while the jackhammers stay near the middle) is made incredibly difficult by the control system. A simple 'number selects which bot, click dictates where to send that bot' system would work much, much more efficiently. Until such a time as the 'tactical' controls are useable by someone with a trackpad or tablet PC, this game recieves a 1/5 from me.

A great deal of potential to be a great game, but the fiddly controls (and minimal control over bots) makes it a good game, but certainly not great.

Challenge 4 becomes much easier with the strat from phore_eyes and my moves: Set shield to follow sword then move in a square pattern with the corners of your moves about 1.5 in/3.5 cm from the real corners. Make sure sword never wanders by having the next command waiting when each move is complete. Sometimes you may want to move early if the dragon is far away as this will cause him to chase you, but the sword will be out of range by the time he changes direction. Nifty, huh? If shield is getting killed make moves closer to dragon. You should get this within a few tries. Good luck!

the challenges arent as hard as you guys may believe, for challenge four just have
sword follow shield and keep shield at the dragons minimum range but not too close

The puppy challenge would be great for torturing the captives of any prison camp, and that is also true for the sword-and-shield against the dragon one.
Awkward controls and the aforementioned reasons give it one star rating.

I got challenge number 2 :)
Feint to the top left
then go all the way down
then to the bottom right
then to the top right, when you're almost there go a little left of top right corner (maybe an inch and a half)
Then go left, and same thing as before, go an inch and a half away from the corner when you're almost there (like 5/6ths of the way)
then repeat.

needs an engine... or tires.... something speed related....
so that if you had a 50 pound max on ur chassis, you had an option of 30 pounds of armor, 10 pounds of weapons and 10 of speed, or 40 of speed, 5 of armor and 5 of weapons, or even 30 of weapons and 20 of armor leaving it as a turret or something

AI totally sucks. Why is default "close in"? Especially in the challanges you need like a, "far range" or an "evade at all costs" options. The stupid bots can't evade worth crap. Really annoying on the Puppy challange about evading
