So it seems I'm in the minority here, but I like the game. I like the off-battle elements. They really make the game for me. The AI is a little suspect, but this isn't an EA game sdeveloped over 3 years. It's a cool free game. Quit complaining.

On challenge 4, one or two things will happen
1. You're shield is a goddamn idiot, and stops following the dragon EVERY 10 damn seconds, leaving sword open
2. You're robots are too damn slow, and the shield dies, which means the sword will die next

rubbish. never liked them, theres no AI whatsoever, and why cant you just be able to control them with the arrow keys??? WHY????

great game. played it way before the badges and loved it. 5/5
in the next one could you sort out the getting stuck thing? its annoying if you can't move when you obviously can

Challenge 4 is stupid. The AI for Shield is deliberately incompatible with the challenge and the method for controlling the bots is terrible. The control method just barely works for other challenges and the career.

omg i completed career mode and i didnt get the hard badge that isnt fair!!! any way for all those people that can't be botherd to read the instructions each "chassis" can only hold a certain weight limit eg the "akaumin dlz-100" can only hold 16 but its selfweightis 5 so that leaves you with 11 points of weight to use for plating and componentes i recomend haveing 2 robots that are decently upgraded put keep an eye on your team weight if it gets too high you can't participate in the lower battles

Cool game, original cocept and stuff. Could use a pause button and desperately needs a way to give up challenges other than wait for you to get killed.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
you should make a number in the heath bar to know how much more dammage you need to do, and its not vague health bar,4/5 career 1/5 training/challenge, 3/5 overall
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
few things, when you beat career there should be a match that it has unlimited weight limit, possible a coloured circle showing how far and close you or your enemy, and a way to move one bot with the key board and the others with a mouse.

downrated for the challenge mode. Why do ghame developers think that repeating levels over and over again just to get a lucky moment is CHALLENGING? It's just boring. Originally rated 4, I give it a 2 for disturbing me with the challenge mode.

I FINALLY BEAT CHALLENGE #4 SWORD/SHIELD/DRAGON!!!! WOOHOOO! :) Ok, here's how I did it: First off, I had left my firefox open since yesterday, and had surfed a bunch, so when I came in here to play, the game was lagging HARD and very slow.. I definitely think that's a key to how I won. Then, I pretty much just kept issuing commands to sword and shield of "go here". I kept shield semi close to the dragon, but NOT TOO CLOSE so that he wouldn't fire at him, and then I just kept sword a bit farther away, but still close enough to shoot. It was a constant struggle of moving shield further away to stay out of minumum distance, but close enough to be sort of infront of sword. Don't get it directly infront though, do a sort of triangle type thing, so that sword's shots actually hit dragon. I sure hope that helps you guys, it was frustrating for me. :)

Cool game! I'd like to be able to change the order of my robots though. That way, I can win a couple of seconds when I'm in the arena.

This game is murder if you're on a laptop/touchpad. Needs better control as well as a little easing up--the challenges are too cumbersome to accomplish.

So, how exactly are you supposed to beat challenge two? I kept evading them for quite a few minutes and they kept following.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
i have to admit this game is pretty good i rate it 4/5 for a good effort and game concept nice work guys it also does deserve the badge and points :-)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@#$% dragon just flat out IGNORES the shield and shoots at me. EVERY TIME. At least the AI's smart enough to ignore a non-threat. I'm just on the wrong team.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Note on the "bad" AI. I'm pretty sure it's intentional. I think the idea is to convey the frustration of only having limited control over something that isn't nearly as intelligent as you are. Like an artist who has to rely on assistants to realize as many of his/her ideas as possible. It gets frustrating.

What I find bizarre about this game is how criminally stupid the AI is, forcing you to micromanage your robots. If you don't, the robots will wander off into a corner and bump into a wall for a while, or keep approaching and hugging an enemy too close to actually hit it. And the micromanaging is hard because the interface is so unresponsive; you have to click-drag at just the right speed for it to recognise the command (and no feedback on whether it worked), and then hope it figured out whether you meant to follow a robot or just go to a particular spot.

Why is there no option to control at least ONE BOT with the Arrow Keys? That would make it just slightly easier! I can't remember this game being this hard before!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I finally beat it, I controlled the shield and jsut concentrated on keeping him close while still above Dragon's minimum range. It doesn't help that the pathfinding is like a blind man with two broken legs trying to get through a maze. All in all a really good game as long as you don't care about challenge 4.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I'm going to say this again just so you know. The controls of this game are not nearly tight enough to allow people to beat challenge 4 except with a lot of luck. This renders the game highly frustrating, and changes my score from a 4/5 to a 1/5. The challenge would be fixed by giving the dragon a weapon that doesn't have a minimum range.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Challenge 4 is disproportionately difficult compared to the rest of the game. It's so frustrating that it overshadows the rest of an otherwise decent game. 1/5
