A comment for those behind the Throwdown Game. If me and certainly others, continue to be pitted against opponents with quad power cards having 2 and 3 crowns, the thought of quitting becomes more and more a reality. This will reduce your income as I and others do put a fair amount of money into the game.

i am an officer trying to invite a friend who wants to join our guild, but it wants his number, I have his player user name and his Kongregate name but where do I find the player ID it keeps requesting?

Great game overall.
It is definitely possible to progress, albeit very slowly, without ploughing large sums of money into it. Fortunately it is fun enough to play that reaching and bouncing around the glass ceiling isn't a terrible bore.
I really enjoy all of the shows that are represented in the game (including the recently added Archer) so perhaps that helps. In anycase I'd suggest trying it out as you can always step away whenever you want and move on.
The energy concept that eventually limits the time you can play per day (unless you pay) I find quite useful as it helps Animation Throwdown become one of those casual games that does not eat up too much of your time but I can see how for some that would be frustrating.

I'm enjoying the game quite a bit. It's been easy to keep coming back daily for the login in bonuses, but the time it takes for your energy to recharge is way too long. Now that my deck is more than substandard, and I'm slowly building themed decks, I'm starting to rip through energy really quick. Especially with the later story levels costing 9+ energy per attempt. It's pretty clear if you want to be any "good" you've gotta spend the dosh to get all the best cards.

Reload until the Archer work. It doesn't matter the adblock on or off, but it sometimes looks matter. Try the adblock on or off too. It is not perfect, but I could play the Archer's event.
