as someone else rudely told me that the answer is in the comments... rather than just saying that you have to kill all the enemies on the hard mode, not just canadate.

A good way to beat Hard Mode is to get 3 hatchet men. Anytime a member of staff approaches you, hit them with all your hatchets, killing them in one turn. Once you've killed most of his staff, take the fight to the enemy candidate.

Im getting really annoyed with this game, because Ive beaten hard mode so many times, but never gotten the badge...fun game though

there are clearly issues with getting the badges. they should be fixed. Some people can get badges but most cannot. there is a disparity all who complete the requirements should get the badges!

Fun game, but there seem to be memory leaks. Also, if you want the badges and/or credit for your victories, you'll need to restart your browser after every game.

I was able to get the hard mode badge by simply rushing the canidate, only killing them. Still can't get the easy badge (how ironic) as it seems to think that the 4 or 5 million I've made so far is only 50K.

Anyone else noticed how out of date this is? John Edwards dropped out months ago, and the Republican confirmed candidat John McCain isn't even here, he was such a dark horse when this was made. I call for a sequel!
