hahool... It doesn't have to be in one game, or even unspent. So yeah, its easy.
As for the game in general, its gotten a LOT harder since the new version came out. Less options on how to win. Its still an ok game, but its not impressive.

A hint to win, don't bother about regions, just kill the other candidadate. Get 3 operatives, get them all undercover, and keep distorting. This way you can do 75 damage a turn.

Hmm. My first game (on hard, no less) I won, but I lost the next few before I won another one, although it was on easy.

I wish winning required taking over regions rather than simply killing your opponent, it's too easy that way. I kept having to try to avoid damaging my opponent.

To be hard mode, get two lumber jack guys, and an under cover guy. Get on large territory(for money), and then directly attack the candidate with all your force. Easy win. :)

This is in matter of fact one of the very best online games I know, there is one single thing in this game based on luck, and that's the starting positions :) I love the background, the play style, amount of money earned and cost to use skills, the cooperatives. One downside though, that there is 1 team setup that beats every other setups, though that's barely impossible to avoid while making such a game, therefore. Only game I have ever given max score for 5/5 (voted 5/5)

a true classic, some what like mascot kombat! i enjoy the thought of famous politicians who are in a battle. who fight to win!
Pros: very fun, very funny, i liked this! great idea for characters!
Cons: music, and attacks are sort of cheap!
Overall Score: 5 out of 5!
