I apparently can't get past the tutorial. Everyone's dead except the FBI, but the level just keeps rolling. No tutorial messages, mouse and keyboard inputs have no effect.

I remember the first game... I always yelled, "What're you doing?! GO FOR THE LAST PERSON!" I hate it when that happens, just one more person and then the last group of zombies start wandering aimlessly...

The news reporter {for deaths and number of survivors}just came when you were finished infecting people somewhere, counted survivors and looked at the ground, counting dead ones.For infected people, no idea.

Any reason why this game is lagging so much? I have a really good computer that can run games much bigger than this flawlessly, so that is not the issue.

I think that a news reporter is the evil mastermind. Think about it. She always knows just how many people were killed and/or infected, and she knows if there were any survivors. She survived the first zombie takeover, and then repopulated the world. But as soon as the world got re-populated, another zombie outbreak starts, and guess who is there to cover the story.
