the game should be set up so that by the last level you have everything completely upgraded, i gave this game 3 stars because you have to replay levels dozens of times to make enough money to upgrade everything. BIG DESIGN FLAW TOGEPRODUCTIONS

The early levels are a deeply dissatisfying grind as you try to build up enough coins to buy upgrades to get through places like Jakarta and Denpasar. While it makes sense that perhaps of three cities, one is impossible to beat and will be for the next ten thousand gold's worth of upgrades, but when all three of the cities you unlock are that way, it's more frustrating than fun.
The glee of the last game was in finding the right strategy and making the good shot, with upgrades helping to keep you on par with the levels you reached. This sequel, however, leaves you languishing in completely ineffective limbo for about twenty days once you beat Seoul, which is not exactly the best way to hook people.

I love this game, But it really slowed down me and ma upgrades near the end. And, I think it glitched... I got 118/115 on texas. >.<
