This is NOT an idle game. It is a game where you have to be very active. Very flawed game tho. Needs a lot of improvements. I will mention just some of the things it needs. Also, sadly this game is too addictive which is bad. Let's see. It needs: 1) Pause when you finished a tourney. I am tired of instantly dying to strong opponent as soon as I finished a tourney just because I stare at the bonuses instead of upgrading armor, skills. 2) Auto-upgrade for skills. Yeah, I am online, but that does not mean that I NEED to stare at a animation for 20 minutes until I can make 1 upgrade! 3) More tournaments. After you finish the GrandMaster tournament, the game seems empty. 4) The rivals are OP. Nerf them please so that there is nor only 1 way to beat them.

One of the first things I noticed after I begin playing the game a few weeks ago was a post which read the game was 'made with love', which I promptly scoffed at. OK, so perhaps I'm not very romantic, perhaps it was love, but the thing I've awed over since beginning and progressing into the game (slowly, bot not from lack of effort) is that the amount of thought that must have went into the development of this game must have been mind boggling. I love stumbling onto a gem such as this!

For technique, and maybe I missed this in the tutorial does "barrage > blitz" mean barrage is greater than blitz, or does barrage have advantage on blitz? It seems like it should be the first, but it could just be an arrow saying "yeah, barrage beats blitz"

Tovrick, for my master skills, leftmost row for experience scrolls (Mentor/Discipline/Dedication), I have 6/6/8, 6/5/7, 5/4/6. Master levels 329/305/237. The total is 4400% vs 4200%. But a 307 gave me 180e42, a 317 gives me 202e42. The drop happened after I surpassed the last master. But even then, using just his under/over calcs, it should be 200%...out of 4000+%. Any idea?
Oh, they aren't all added together. After adding mentor, discipline and dedication from all of the masters together they are multiplied. So being in between masters gives the largest boost. Once you pass all masters and lose the discipline bonuses exp is going to drop a lot.

I'd like to see a sandbox mode. It'd be fun to experiment with otherwise impossible stats. Maybe make it an unlockable for people who have earned every achievement (such as myself).
Once you unlock every achievement the game begins to get sluggish and painstakingly slow, as you begin to progress passed 270 multiple times a day.

I have a collective 4200% in Dedication, and 4300% in Discipline. So why is my experience now half of what I had when I had one master with higher level?
Hard to tell if there is a problem without knowing your disciple's level and the levels of the masters plus each of their dedication and discipline levels.

I just promoted a disciple and can't assign his mastery points...? Did I somehow forget how to access them? I retired him to start fresh and can't do it with this one either.
If you promoted then you should be able to assign mastery points, unless you hit retire by accident. Retire just resets the current disciple, it has no affect on masters.

What should I do to open next rivals? I already have 36/36 stars and school levels: 5, 13, 9, 4, 6 . Max master's level 468

I got a bsod while running this game and now my save is gone. It's a shame because I had 3 level 350 masters. I guess I should've exported my save.

Great game. Can you make armor and weapons more customizable? IE make armor/weapons look different depending on class or rank?

The only thing I dislike about this game is how long you can have to wait after losing a Tournament, Otherwise this is an amazing game!

Also, after you've filled all those 3 master slots and have 3 masters, what's their purpose? what do they affect? what's the point of having three masters if the disciple you're currently training, is only affected by the previous master that you've just promoted to, with his/ its stats?
Also at Rivals: "Very high attack. High damage. Bonus vs Dual Sword Users. Low stamina atk failures reduced by 25%." - I don't understand if Greg (or in general, the enemy rival) has those things, or if I'm required to have them in order to beat his ass. Also I don't know the same thing on "Star 2" line, and "Star 3" line.
And now about the last thing: School. I don't understand what it is the line "Masters Unlocked: 3", if it's a requirement or I don't know what else I could think of..
That's it. So it's awesome, I still play it, but if it was me to be a brother to this person that made the game, I would've told him: "Bro, a lot of things are not explained. Look: *inserts things*".
Sorry you find it confusing, the space is limited so I have to keep most descriptions short. Anyway, the disciple gets bonuses from all 3 masters not just the most recently promoted (most abilities stack). The text you see when you select a rival shows basic info about them and their special abilities. Star 2 and Star 3 are requirements you have to meet in order to unlock those stars. And all descriptions for the buildings shows what you get at the current level -- so 'Master's unlocked: 3' just means you have 3 master slots.

The game is awesome, totally different/ innovative from all other idle games.
The only and biggest problem that it has, in my opinion, is that it's confusing, it has no explanations except all those orange tooltips you're given about tabs, features, etc. It took me a while to understand that the mastery skills and fighting skills (maybe "fighting skills" too, even now I'm not sure lmao, of how much lack of explanations there is) are only affecting the disciple you're currently training, after a disciple has been promoted to master, and that your currently disciple that you're training is not affected by any other masters's fighting skills and mastery skills. So, once you've promoted a disciple to master and training a new disciple, that new disciple is affected only by the master that you just promoted, with his/ its mastery and fighting skills.

The only problem I have with this game is that it freezes whenever I switch to another tab. Otherwise, it ties for the best idle game I've ever played.

Madness13: Once your are a lot stronger than Edward (as in instakilling him most of the time), buy a new weapon and do NOT upgrade it, thus dealing only a tiny amount of damage in first 2 stances, than change weapons and beat him with stance no3.

God ... This master Edward ... Two stars on the master Edward - a separate song. In it it is necessary: 1) to get in each of three stands; 2) DO NOT kill him with the first blow; 3) DO NOT die yourself - Edward quickly beats and almost always deals critical damage. That awkward moment when two stars are more complicated than three... what am I doing wrong?

Sleeping quarters gives you students which give you platinum -> buy things for the school. The more students, the more income.

Make sure you manually save this game every once in a while. There's a chance you'll lose your progress if you rely on the auto save.

Same issue as PatrickM657, my saves up and vanished. Did not clear anything, or run anything. Foolishly forgot to export.
