will you please put a notifier which side is left. That sihlouette could be facing toward or away from us. Thanks. Some equipment is left / right handed and its hard to tell which is which.

It's really nice, although I kind of wish there was a way to auto-switch stances based on what your opponent is using.

Considering this is a game where mindless clicking can be involved at times, maybe you could make it that the popups don't close automatically on any click, because I've missed a couple because of that :

This is dumb... I have a level 150 character, working on my double handed/power build, all relevant skills level 10+ and after the recent changes I have problems fighting level 110 enemies that I should be plowing through.

Blitz damage malus doesn't reduce the damage on crits (it's still 20% total health + (base damage x blitz malus) (if i'm not wrong), and the speed combo chance emphasize really well with crits (several little hits which can crit).
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
With blitz lvl 1 you'll miss way more and have less attack in blitz stance, which means more chance to get hit (because hitting means the ennemy will lose more stamina based on damage, and low attack bonus will ennemy the first moves) so you'll loose health so stamina and loose the duel (each % health loss decrease total stamina by the same %). But with blitz maxed, you'll have better attack stat and hit, so better chance to attack first and hitting enemy, reducing his stamina a bit, or a lot if you roll a critic. With last update, it's way harder to get high lvl weapons so critic become even more relevent early game. When your base damage is 10k (for exemple) and your critics deals 250k damage, you don't really care to loose some % damage on your base attack.
But the stats boost of the blitz skill give you way more chance to win the duel.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
it isn't weaker, base damage doesn't really matter, stats and crit are way more important (especially late game). If you cannot attack because your attack stat is too low or cannot hit because your hit stat is too low, having +10000% damage or -25% (blitz lvl 20) is the same. And blitz increase chance to proc speed which can make huge damage with critics (can OS with nice luck)
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@scarfang it's nothing to do with crits, a skill should get stronger when leveled up, not confusing ppl if it is weaker, anyway it's a bad experience

Dude if this game was actually in 3D, that would be so awesome. The UI can stay the same but the models in 3D would be cool.

No, the Rapier nerf was not bad. While before i used two Rapiers for max crit (60%), I can now use a Rapier and a Claymore with a crit of (44%) BUT only needing 4 crits to kill someone instead of 5. This is a huge advantage, and worth putting 20 str into so you don't run out of stamina. This game rewards thinking smarter

So... I hate idle games. I miss the games of the past. That said, I am actually addicted to the planning and strategy of this game. So I can appreciate it. I've given you four stars. I'd probably have given 5 stars if I never have experienced the struggle of being combo'd to death with out getting a hit in by a fighter with a 20~% to swing and 40% to hit. XD
Bad luck removes a star Q~Q

Good Job, you overnerf'd the Rapier, one of the TWO good weapons. Now the only reasonably useful weapon is the short sword, Especially with how its the only weapon to give more then one bonus...

Having unlocked all awards now, I'm eagerly awaiting new content! Keep up the good work, Dev! This is quickly becoming my favorite game.

Glad you removed defend penalties for armor. While I understood your logic behind them (it most certainly makes sense for it to be harder to dodge/block in heavier armor), it made heavy armor a bit of a wash.
Sorry this happened to you. There is an import/export feature you can in use the Settings Menu if your browser keeps deleting the auto and local saves.

Hey dev, have you considered changing the concentration stat bonuses from flat integers to percentages? It'd keep concentration relevant at all stages of the game
the way stats are used in calculations make concentration and other stat bonuses always relevant. (Calculations are based on the difference between disciple and enemy stats, so 200 vs 300 has the same effect as 900 vs 1000 since both are a 100 point difference.)

Hi, first up your game is really nice with great animations and good potential and it's your regular update make it promising.
However, although the past gold generation via selling was boring at long and certainly needed to be reworked, the new one seems a bit slow: the two awards who gave the massive bonus to gold generation (+10% selling price each) now only give +25% gold.
I would think you would increase (more?) the base gold reward from duels, but at least it make the two master skills now really usefull.
At personnal though, i'd love if you add some cosmetic personnalisation on gear, ennemies have several clothing and armours which could be nice to be able to wear. Having this old sweaty peasant clothing all game was a bit silly.
Continue the great work and thanks for your work.
Glad you like it! The change in gold was necessary for future content I have planned. And I do hope to add new or custom gear at some point but I have a lot of other work I want to do first so it has become a low priority, for now.
this is not intended. It seems to be working fine for me but I did notice it doesn't always save when you select a new scroll to research. Could that be the problem?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@meownomnom it sounds like you are talking about the multi-buy button in the skills tab. The gold means that you are able to buy that many of the skill for one point after researching the proper scroll. No money is spent.

I don't really understand why people are so upset over the grindy buy/upgrade/sell thing being removed. I got to level 235 with all awards unlocked in like 4-5 days without even realizing you COULD do that... You just need to chill and afk. Afk and be K.

- Changed Merchant and Arms Dealer bonuses from sale profit to a gold bonus.
geeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Good potential, few things seem to have room for improvement but not a bad game for what it is at the moment. Hope more content will fill the gaps.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@Devs; I think this is a great game, but I'm currently close to beating Drevon for the third star, and it seems like the game pretty much over after this. Would I be right to assume that, or are you planning on adding further content in the near future?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
@sanitoeter mentor ALWAYS works, do you have a lot of points in discipline? discipline does not work when a student is better then the master with the discipline,
i hope this helps you
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
I encountered a... bug I guess?
I surpassed all my master's levels, and got dedication on lvl 5 on each master.
My exp suddenly dropped off - even though I don't have a lot of points in the Mentor perk. Which is super weird. My xp should be skyrocketing, right?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Jbintz to unequip something you have to buy an item of the same class to replace the item you want to sell then you have to equip the item to every class
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Tovrick, when you have scrolls of lvl 15, you buy all 15 skill levels at once if you use the new Multi Level Skill Upgrade. It would be better to limit to 10 points, since that's when you get the awards bonuses.
How about adding 3 new rivals at levels 200, 250 and 300? Just to give us something to aim for after finishing the game. You could even remove them later if (when) you decide to add more content.
Didn't think of that, I will add a +5 or +10 levels skill button at some point. And that's a good idea for the new rivals I may spread them out a bit when I first add them.
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
To start, your game is GREAT!! game design, animation, progression of complexity... keep going!! :)
I found what seems to be a bug for the mastery skills Form. My 3 master have Form level 2 so I expect to have at least +8 each level for each master so +24 at attack/hit/... in fact I only have +4...
I checked the code and everything looks good and I am getting the correct amounts with various set-ups. How are you calculating what you should have? The easiest way to tell if it is working is to compare stats before and after each time you upgrade Form.
