Another nitpick: Already had Trader achievement, then purchased all items to get the Collector achievement, then went to sell the unneeded gear and only got the -10% price (Trader technically says items sold for at least 100% of original cost). The merchant cheated me!

Another minor nitpick: on the "Duels" page, the top 8 average has Exp first, and gold second. Right below it, in Offline Earnings, gold is first, and exp is second. A bit annoying when you're trying to compare.

Few things I learned after playing for a bit.... Work on getting the rewards. The bonuses from them are really worth it. Rapiers are the best weapon in game, carrying no penalties and attack really isn't that much worse than a Claymore. Dual weapons is the way to go. Buying better armor is pointless before level 130 (that is my max so far), every armor over the base one gives you penalties and the only benefit is the increased HP, but that can be compensated by working on Stamina skill and getting the School Forge upgrade. Innovation is one of the better mastery skill, allowing you to go beyond the normal skill upgrade limits. Scroll research is best to be focused on what you plan on using rather than spreading it over everything at least until you research everything you care for.

Keep up the good work, just saw the update release a lil while ago. Would love to see a content release soon if possible. Rapidly approaching the point of capping out the scrolls meaning the game devolves to raising your average master level.

Game auto saved a new game as I signed in. When I refreshed the page to load my game it was the new game (You have been offline for 8 seconds).

like the game but wish weapons, shield, armor did more. I don't see a need most of the time to use anything but cloth n rapier. Shouldn't weapon help with damage n armor with defense. A couple other little changes and id give you a five! It is a wonderful idle game tho thanks. If things should change ill re rate higher

How about scrolls automatically start researching the next available skill? Sometimes you'll go offline for a while and the scroll stops its research on the skill you left it on, wastes time by not changing to the next one.

im using a twohanded claymore... my player stat says i would deal 443 damage while i only deal 222 damage to enemys, why?

Absolutely great work!Other than the weapons and armor beeing a bit bland and the lack of a +10 levels to skill button as a quality of life I couldnt find anything in this game that isn't both intresting and well executed.I really hope you keep making games and I cant wait to see your work in the future!

what id do is have in your equip screen a sword 1 sword 2 shield and armor then which of those are used is based on your stance rather than having separate armor for each stance or a separate first weapon ... this would make it easier to change and sell obsolete equipment

The late game balance is still off. Once you get over level 100 it gets hard to defeat people that are 10 levels lower than you. That's even using the gold trick to get better equipment than I would have not exploiting that. I understand that better mentors helps this out, but that's just going to shift the imbalance up a few levels, not really solve the problem that the enemies start gaining sharply faster than the player.

Part 2: Legacy gear, passed down from Master to Disciple could have long-reaching impact on the game and help with the crushing slow-down you run into around your fourth/fifth Disciple promotion. I'm also a bit unsure about how the Innovation Mastery works, I've tried using it but it doesn't seem to let me level beyond the Master-based cap for skills. So maybe ask some of your fan base about skills that confuse them, and see if you can expound a bit further on the way those skills work? I.E. general conversation or an in-game tutorial.

Part 1: Okay, Tovrick I have to agree with Dominger about Defense mode. You are right, early game it's useful. Late game it has literally no use, especially against Marauders which it should be most useful against. They have such a high hit stat that it just obliterates you, your only hope is to land a hit and drain their stamina down so they can't just rip you apart. I also agree with CreativeArgon but I believe it should be taken a step further with the gear. Throughout history you hear of legendary weapons (Masamune, Excalibur, Gungnir and so on,) I personally believe they were just extremely well crafted weapons passed down in families. Why not do something similar to that?

i have nothing in form, because tiny little +4 bonuses dont make any difference. the enemies are sitting an average of 1.5x my stats at every level and always have. i pumped form 1 time, it was a complete waste of points that made no noticeable difference in my stats. if it was a percentage based addition, then it would actually stand a chance of mattering. dosent change the fact that every enemy at lv100+ is hitting their special attack every 2-3 attacks along with being massively overpowered compared to my character. im now 150 fighting 140, and they do 350k damage compared to my 300k for a shield guy on defense. if a two hander comes by, hes swinging for 1.8e6 with nearly 5x my health.

I don't know if this is meant to be, but you can raise your gold from billions to sixtillions in a matter of 15 minutes with some awards.
