@ MrStupidIdiot I think the game doesn't bother processing mystery amounts if they're infinitesimally small compared to your current amount. Why process 7*10e40 mysteries if the player has 4*10e60?

Why dont allow us to change class in same game? Just let me change as i fulfilll the requirements for unlocking new character, i am fine to reset level like a pet

Why is it the only games on Kong anymore are idle games? Sigh. I was very excited when Kong started having games again. But the only games I see aren't even games I play (I want to play games... not watch gauges and counters go up). -Pip

Started playing it, was really enjoying the game, but now it won't load... Saw some comments here with some people experiencing the same, this definitely needs to be fixed.

If you feel like they're too hard - just try them at higher Mysts, because your Character level is directly tied to how many sources you have. They're definitely possible within an hour or two right after they're unlocked, just use 1-2 spell slots at a time since passive shard regen will then outweight the shards pets consume. Char level isn't stacked, it's a formula - you need to get some VEs, some spells, clicks and as high sources as possible.

reach A1 on realm grinder and it get really slow and bored, then i give up, will this game be next realm grinder without slow down and always more thing to unlock? btw can you extend the notation? check incremental mass rewritten, the standard notation goes up a killillion which equal 1000*1000^1000^1000(or nearly ee3000)

Eh, my issue with the badges isn't how easy or hard they are to earn. It's the time it takes. An Easy badge should not take "a few hours" to earn. It should be something that can be knocked out quickly, and then your game should have a good enough system to give incentive to keep playing. A quest system to help new players get into it, or more of a tutorial/explanation on how to progress/unlock the next stages of the game. I'm all for not holding peoples hand when doing games, but giving any resemblance of direction that doesn't involve digging through an incomprehensive help section or the wiki would be nice.
The direction the game expects you to take is just getting more Mana to get more Mysts - the usual idler approach. All the mechanics unlock as get more of those.
Can you describe what parts of the game did you have trouble with understanding? We may have tunnel vision, because we believe stuff that needs to be explained, such as changing pet/class is explained in the tutorial, and after that the usual idler routine is getting more stuff and unlocking further mechanics. Yes, you're expected to combine stuff that increases profits, i.e. spells, void mana, idle mode - but that seems obvious to us, it's like this everywhere?
Regarding badges. We can do badges like "cast 5 spells" or "have 10 achievements", sure, but are those needed? We feel like making the hardest badges a couple of days to earn isn't going to cut. People tend to play games like NGU, USI, RG (and us) for a very long time - they expect to have long-term goals.
The spell duration used to be an issue in some challenges - you could get stuck with a couple of spells. Generally it ended up just making every spell 24h long almost immediately due to Pet Power. In the end we just made it way weaker, because having shorter spells generally doesn't affect anything - you get shards to charge everything constantly quite quickly. On most classes even on the contrary - you want to stack accumulated and persistent spells, so you want to cast them.
Challenges lock spell switching out due to it being rather abusable at places. Perhaps it's no longer needed now, not sure, since spells count at the end rather than at the start now.
Hello. You can. Please use export option in settins menu in steam ver, and import this save code here. Currently versions is the same, so everything should be fine. If you get issue, pls find "exsercrat" in discord. Link to our discord in Help menu.

The update is really great, the UI changes are welcome and the new mechanics are good, but it seems it can't run for a few hours without triggering an OOM error. Is there any expected fix on this ?

i really dont like manually saving on a site im logged into. i tend to forget to manually save and then lose the progress. it is rather boring play also.

If you are a badge hunter and you don't wanna waste eternity on idle game, you can abuse your local time, play a bit, export save, close the game, change your local time 2 years later, open the game and import back. When you are done with warping, you can change your local time back to normal while still in the game. Unlock characters and pets, do challenges and trials, after a couple days I found myself with numbers so high that I could unlock hard and impossible badges within the first realm change.

please fix the loading problem or make a downloadable version, it taking forever to load the game for me, and it stuck on 90%
If you prefer a downloadable version, the game is also available on Steam. I cannot say for certain why is it taking forever to load or is getting stuck - it works fine on our (modest) PCs. Usually it's a low RAM available (so the browser is trying to make room) or poor bandwidth issue. We don't really control or have any control over how Kongregate sends you the data directly, as I'm sure you understand. The webgl client that you download weights around ~70-80MBs from what I recall, which isn't particularly big imo.

Tooltips, my dude. The game is complex enough without throwing tons of things at us with no explanation of what they are or do.
Which mechanics did you have issues with? For detailed explanations you can refer to help menu (the "?" button in the bottom right part of the screen) which has detailed pages for pretty much every mechanic. If we included a tooltip that'd explain how every mechanic worked on every usable button it'd just lead to a huge, half-screen text on any mouseover - that wouldn't work well I believe.
Pets are available right from the start. If you _paragon_ level 12 (not Character level 12), I'm amazed you've made it this far without using them. Or you're misunderstanding what a Pet is. Pet is the secondary portrait, to the right of your Character portrait - click it.

I feel like the game has grown too complex as you level up more and more. I unlocked a lot of things in the beginning, and could see a path to unlocking more, but as I've played, it's gotten more and more confusing as to what needs to be done next. Some of the new classes feel unattainable except for the most knowledgeable of players (which I guess fits the whole 'wizard' concept :P). After returning, I'm finding I can't even use some of the summons I had already unlocked. The game really shouldn't need someone to type up a separate web page just to get some concept of what to do next.
The game is indeed complex, but I wouldn't say I feel like meta until late T2 and T3 classes is that complex. Not sure what you mean by summons in this case. Pets? Summon spells? We didn't change any requirements, rather only reduced some. Spells are limited to classes, I can only assume you're using a different one.

Booted game up to check out the achievements, got a popup that I'd been offline for 3 years and had a quadrillion spell points. What a way to say welcome back!
Truly sorry, our communication with Kong was poor. The features and banners went live earlier than we updated - the game should be updated now. It's 2.5 years of new features and stuff, T3 classes, Minor Gods etc. added.
Reach out to us about your save if you still have issues.
hello. sorry for the issue. badges works in new version. please try to update (current version 1.47, you can check it in settings menu, right bottom corner)

I've played some idle games with badges and given up on getting the last one....Giving up on the first one for this. this is so dumb to play for HOURS and still not get an achievement. 0/10 will not play again
hello. sorry for the issue. please, update the game (force refresh should help), after loading your save in new version you should get the achievement.

Stop putting impossible badges on idle games. The games get unwarranted hate, and only people who have been playing the game long before it got badges have a chance of getting them in the next year.
Hey there. I don't believe it's true. Exile requires a few hours, level 100 maybe a couple days and realming from a week to a couple - 1e6 mems is a couple of months from full scratch. Playing for long before the game is out and a year after would put you into multiple e7 and late Ascensions, e1500 mysts range. 1e6 mems is way before that and is far away from endgame.
Or do you mean "impossible" as in the category name overall?

"Im trying to exile for 104No but the game keep crashing. Any possible reasons why?" number over flow could be why most likely a hardware problem
