By the way, for those trying to get the altar/teddy bear/fairy events: get a character with stats for what you need to complete the event. (And zero stress) Then use the Quit Game option. Refresh your browser and Continue Apprentice - then go to the Spooky Forest and try all 7 days - if you don't get the event, refresh browser and Continue apprentice. This way you can be sure to maximize your chance at getting a successful achievement. (You must get the achievements before the game ends, so Continue Play doesnt work for them)

Okay, this is ridiculous: Week 208 (1 week to go), just turned 18. I've been playing this day over and over, and finally got The Gent. "Shame you're far too young to eat." So apparently age has nothing to do with this event. (Since as soon as you go home, the game ends)

I've gotten low and high tiers with both sucky and great games. (Games where I did no combat, and games where I did like 99% combat - and the scores varied widely). Fierce Dragon Knight with a bunch of horse stall mucking... or games where I was trying to pee on the altar, and got tier 2. (Didn't bother training combat much at all that time, but did take Poetry)

I am still trying to figure out the First Achievement: Return Gentleman's hat. It seems to be related to the random dungeon event "The Gent", but he always seems to tell me "I am too young to eat" when I encounter this event. (Even at age 17 - so am I supposed to try for this event on the very last turn, at age 18?)

You need to train your Combat stats to 100% AND Combat school to level 4 - THEN go train dragon taming. (Otherwise the stress factor gets you too fast) And you don't need to reach 100% to get it.

...Okay, how do you master Dragon Taming in time? I don't think there's any way to do it before the character is 17, you can only do it twice before needing to rest, and you only get 2.1 experience in it a week - even starting with 0 stress the moment it opened up, I could only get to 75.
I also didn't get the construction or mucking mastery achievements in that same run, which makes it even more irritating... It's probably because I hit 100.3 with them and didn't do it again to roll it over to 100.

Yeah, I am currently running a Melee guy though the tough adventure dungeon, armed with a Staff of Corruption. (Best damage I could get so far this game - no axe or sword yet)

I just got an Axe of Slaughter for my character's 17th birthday! ...Except he's a non-combat character I'm trying to master Dragon Taming with. Oops.

Who else thinks there is something wrong with game-balance when you can do 10 more damage with Melee and a stave than Mage and the same stave? (100% Combat attack and 100% Magic Attack)

Finally ran into "The Gent" in a random adventure, but I was "Too young to eat"??? So do you have to be 17 to get this achievement or something?

played game twice, both times ended with tier 5. Game ends too abrupt imho, theres always still stuff to do and suddenly game end :P

Yes, the best result ever.. completely unknown. But atleast he can do all his own work an defend himself and this way he won't have assassins after him all the time.

Heh...I raised the average to 4.00. Anyways, I love the game, there should be some different music though, and maybe a different background, The game seems really dark and depressing, but then theres the music, So its kind of weird. All in all, I love the game, think you should make a sequel. 5/5

I usually pick it up by clearing all dungeons, or random adventures in the "Cavern" adventure (Bottom solid red flag)
