@Aramel93, I have also had this. (Where I have no control over the char in the exploring dungeons) I've tried allsorts and I can't fix it. I hope someone comes up with a solution soon
:-) , getting sick of not being able to get the hard badge.

Ok to start, I don't know if this happens to other people, maybe it is just my laptop, but my character will get stuck going in one direction or just going back and forth, he did this next to a monster, and i fought it multiple times, but due to him stepping back above it during the fight, it never counted as dead... I fought it until my stress maxed out then went back and it was gone. This was in the Greer's ambition dungeon. Please plus this I really would like some hlp with the moving problem. Thank you :)

This reminds me a lot of Princess Maker 2. Expect PM2 has more actions: more works, studies and the chance to boost up your image by talking to royalty.

HAH! he is a pitiful beggar! well, its my fault i guess... but he sucked at all the other jobs. what was i supposed to do?

If you really want to win and get the hard badge, focus on combat training and strategy. Get 1 tresaure by the time your 15. Get the 3rd before you're 16. 5th before your 17. You should have enough time to get the others when your 17. I did.

you guys have to get sword of mastery, i got by doing combat training at school, it has 30 dmg stat and 20% for all the stats. it's amazing, purple and really really long!

I followed the instructions of "halfdelita" to get the hard badge and i found some mistakes. If you follow that by letter you will have 6 treasures with 60 weeks left but the last one is hard to get due to the $@^&*% 500 hp skeletons there. So remember: at work, when you reach 10% you get one stat and the enemies seem to change every once in a while. So if you find a skeleton, and keep on attacking him all the time you will have a chance that he will be a different enemy after a certain amount of weeks (with me it was random). Keep it up !

Just wondering... got famous warrior achieve and at end it said that my person would grow up to become "completely unknown." is that a glitch?
Under rating threshold (hideshow)
Good game but I'm finding alot of glitches in the exploration dungeons. Would have got all the badges by now if my movement in the dungeons wasn't impeded.

On Thingmann287's "How does science improve my attack? I take science every day and you dont see me winning against a elite skeleton warrior" I kinda can. They cant move. Even if they could, Skeleton + Acid = Dead.

thingmann287 i think sci improves attack due to biology. aka- the apprentice knows the weak points of the monster better, so more attack.

Question: How does science improve combat attack? I take science every day and you dont see me winning against a skeleton elite warrior, now do you? But, 5/5. Awesome

Honestly, the only compliment I can give this game is that it's inexplicably better than the sequel. This game truly is crap -- it takes everything that is typically loved and appreciated about fantasy RPGs by giving it a ridiculously strict stress meter, a dull-as-dirt fighting engine and a protagonist who evidently has no depth perception whatsoever. I have two questions about this game. 1: How in the name of Larry did you manage to make a sequel out of this crap, and 2: How is it that you managed to make the sequel even worse?

Completly unknown?!
There i stand on my final day, having become a master of carpentry, donning the sword of legends, having beaten every cave completly, master of combat. I head out into the world and become comepltly unknown O.o.

i got all three badges on my first playthrough, it wasnt that hard if you just do jobs almost constantly and only do schooling and adventuring after about halfway through

followed the good advice of halfdelita!!, n much thx i dont think i coulda beat it the first go-around w/o that help, n to add a few hints..on the adventure map, to get the hard badge, just ignore the four orangy-reddish flags and simply just go to and explore the seven bland tan multi-colored square(s) on them flags..i know the whole dungeon part in the "exploration" dungeon hard badge descript is confusing, cause only two of the seven flags has the word dungeon in it. And dont worry bout finishing having to finish each of the seven flag(s) neither n getting the check mark, cause you wont get the check mark unless you get all the light baby blue colored chests plus the most important one, the dark blue chest. Just remember that as long as you focus on getting the dark blue chest from each of the seven "dungeons", you're f-ing golden son and you'll have "earned" the hard badge, but from the get-go i seriously recommend following halfdelita's very good advice, it works.

Nice game. Actually really got into it. didn't quite understand how to win though. I tried to teach my little bloke lots of stuff and I sent him on lots of quests. Yet at the end it was like 'he will be completely unknown'. i don't think I could've done anymore tbh.
oh but for the love of God put some music changes in if you make a second one. That tune is ok but repeating over and over and over and over again for hours it did my head in!
