Does this remind anyone of Princess Maker? Seems like this is a decent game, still pretty simple though. 4/5 for now.

Battles are insanely tedious and you can't even click-skip the pointless animations. The whole thing might as well auto-resolve since magic is useless and you don't even have the option to flee.

Fun, but it would be nice if there was a fast combat option that skips the animation.
@Griffin741 - you need to train combat to get your "Combat Attack" stat up

This isn't a bad little toy. I'm a little disappointed that I can't choose the gender of my apprentice, and I feel like there needs to be slightly better in-game documentation, but I'm looking forward to getting a bunch of different endings.

The combat in this is quite simply infuriating. The point of a battle system is not to make every attack miss and make fighting enemies a chore.
