So the Not-so-vast forest level is really easy. Just put your points in to the extra life skills, and also get the poison blades skill. Then just get a bunch of poison warriors with the consecrate skill, and you're good to go.

mages ? skilled tactican/warrios with poison and consecrate. dont waste Gold with upgrades - First place warrios on the paved areas - then Upgrade all up to tacticans

joeybago, you don't need to build poison mages. You should build Energy mages instead. If you get Hardy, Tough, and Indomitable you have about 8 lives. Survive the first few waves and the Snake and it's yours. You can leak the rest.

leomaaan - You need to get to the Massive Damage upgrade before then. I recommend putting two mages on the middle sections, four on the back side of the back sections, so the middle mages get all the exp.

But the mages do no damage to the bats, hey have 80 armour. They require the ability to pierce armour which only warriors can do, and the only warriors that can hit bats are archers, but they aren't doing enough damage to kill them.

Lol... The Lighthouse Demon, the 25th level in Lighthouse Ruins, gives 22500 gold, but you never get it because the round is over.
