Under rating threshold (show) Keep it alive: To get the 10 points just complete level 1 in Boot Camp in easy mode. I did that. And when you win the game ask you to play the secret mission. Do that and get the ticket for Halo and an X-box.

Under rating threshold (show) Once you unlock the special/bonus map thing, you will find it: On the Main Menu (Boot Camp, Campaign, etc), at the bottom of the screen you should see a small banner with lots of green stuff on it, with "Special Mission" in the bottom right of it. Click on that to play the mission. It is to the left of "URBANSQUALL".
