This game is slow and fairly boring. However, I do like the basic design of the game. The graphics were decent and the story line was ok. The mouse controls were frustrating. I didn't like having to mouse to the edges only in certain places to scroll. I also didn't like how when you selected a unit you were "stuck" on that unit until you hit cancel. It was too hard to tell if a unit in the field could hit air, land, or sea and you really couldn't tell how far they would shoot until after you moved, which was sometimes too late. Between turns the game took a really long time "saving", which was frustrating. I also never understood what determined if I would get a +, a - , or an =, which was annoying. I'm glad I was lame and did easy mode to get the badges because I wouldn't want to play this game any more than I did. 3/5

Excellent game! But it cheats like a mother *****. When playing the hard setting: enemy turrents can come back after being destroyed; mobile enemies move further the game shows me that they can; my troops get shot at by enemy that do not exist (and no I dont mean subs or invisible tanks since they must show themselves when next to my troops). Aaaarg!

wish there was a transport unit tho... for troops to make capturing easier."
- troops can be air lifted or moved by boat , double click the infantry unit.
I've done the first 3 badges and got no points , no score , no badge :( tryed saving and re-loading , to no avail.

it was really easy to figure out how to do stuff for me (i didnt even read much) but it still requires strategy. its pretty cool but i got bored fast.

Some things are taken out, like more detailed information on movement penalties, ammo, fuel, fog of war/vision. These were some things in Advance Wars I liked and miss. I haven't played this enough to see much of the changes you have made (all infantry move 3, flac cannon can't hit bombers, can repair anywhere, rockets can hit air and ground units, tracking which makes me wonder about fog of war. Is it in here? Stealth land units that commandos can use tracking against?) All in all, it only makes me want to play Advance Wars, probably mostly because it's more familiar, but also because this doesn't seem to bring anything all that exciting or interesting to make me want to play it more than Advance Wars.

This Really is Like Advance Wars... wish there was a transport unit tho... for troops to make capturing easier. This is still a great game, needs lots of tactics to succeed

I'm not sure if you read this, but I suggest you do. I like your game a lot, infact, I think you should make a map editor, which we can build a custom map with custom starting units and buildings. When you are finished, you would save it, and get the code of your level. You can share that with your friends, and it could be very fun. Another option could be multiplayer, where we could wait in a lobby, and join games which we want to play. There would be a more-info button too, to show you the map and layout of units. Anyway, I hope you read this. By Bephwyn (Copy and paste if u agree)

here is my review:I'll just do a gameplay review anyways the gameplay is like any advance wars game or stratgy turn base war game the campaign is nice and also the bonus maps are sweet although it would be better if we could create a map and share it with others just like advance wars, overall 9.5

It's an OK game, but it only makes me want to play Advance Wars and put this down. If it wasn't for the card or badges, I probably wouldn't be playing this right now. Not bad, but doesn't strike me as all that great. 3/5

good story line too.:D. you should make a sequal with a campaign where you can be the bad guys or the good guys....basically you can see the story from two sides.

Advance Wars is one of the best strategy games out there. I really enjoyed playing through each of the series but have always found that there were several things that bothered me about the gameplay. Inspired by Advance Wars, I set out to build a turn-based strategy game that addressed those gameplay issues and Battalion: Nemesis is the result. If you've played Advance Wars, you'll notice that Nemesis encourages riskier and more aggressive tactics. Many of the units have special bonuses for attacking and recovering from a successful assault is easier with the repair-anywhere system. Naval invasions are as easy as a few clicks, and the result is some really intense battles with the wide array of specialized units. Actions are quicker, mistakes are less painful, but having a solid tactical plan is still the key to success.
