Some screwy AI... e.g. if an intrepid gets an airlift the AI tries to drop it on land, but overall an interesting game

i have a question, at the end of chapter 1 a stealth tank is shown, do i have to get to it some way (which seems impossible) or do i just have to leave it be?

cool game, but (as paranoiacomplex CLEARLY stated), it lacks a TON of things, 4/5 for not using that musle inside ur skull :P

Bug: On the bonus map at around turn 30, all of a sudden the CPU stopped making units (and it really was winning) and the money kept piling up. It's like it lost the will to live and wanted me to end the stand off, lol.

Great game but it needs a save feature. Another couple of nit picks is how much it lags my computer (might just be my junker) and ive only seen the comp spam planes after planes and Anti air seems to be weak to plane attacks WTF?! Also would like to see a 2 player mode 4/5

Falls into the same trap as many turn based RPGs. The computer simply moves too slowly and watching it carry out it's moves is not helpful strategically. Too slowly paced and desperately in need of a skip computer's turn button, not to mention relatively low replay value due to the limited variety of unit. That being said, it is nonethless an enjoyable game, if you have a lot of spare time.

Interesting...The first time I played this, the fourth training level only started with two tanks and one mortar truck. Now I have four tanks. Suddenly I can win.

The controls are annoying. Normally in games like this, you click where you want to move, then click again to select who you want to attack. If you do that here, you automatically give up the chance to attack, without even a chance to undo or target an enemy. That should be changed.

So disappointing. The last level (stupid ending, BTW), has serious AI problem. After a while, the AI simply stops making units. The first time I played the level this took a while, and I was at such a disadvantage I almost lost (normal diff). The second time I didn't have to hold out for long and the AI just stopped making units, even with tons of cash and plenty of factories. Disappointing. Otherwise, it's pretty solid overall.

Fun game, but a few things hold it back. First, the AI is strange. If you play long enough (last mission ~10 turns), it stops trying. It makes no new units and just collects money. Overall I think it's too easy. There were only one or two missions where I had any difficulty (beat it on hard setting). I agree with moosefingers that the ending is kind of lame, but hey, I suppose the fight will continue. I enjoyed it. 4/5

This is a great gamer that I enjoyed a lot, but I noticed that the AI will quit on the bonus map. It still had all it's command posts, war factory, headquarters etc and it just stopped building units. So I moved in and took down the fixed emplacements and won. But by that time it collected like 4k and never used it.

Granted, I've never played Advance War, either one. Gotta say though, I really hate how vulnerable the Leviathan transports are and how every unit gets free counterattacks. Makes ganging up on a unit kind of pointless, other than distributing the damage.

This is a great tactics game, although I keep finding myself accidentally moving when I did not want to. I would love to see an 'undo' feature that works before you make an attack (but does not work if you run into a stealth unit), similar to the way Advance Wars handles it. 5 stars and a favorite!

hm... Good game, but the oil refinerys don't give me the amount of money they say they will, they for i'm getting mudered by th enemys anihilator tanks because they can produce them faster than me
