Took me long enough! It's quite based on luck and what colours you get hatching together... I agree with Armatus' points for getting 100k. Also to add - watch when hatchings are going to be, and make sure you kill large groups right after hatching, to give you time to get all the golden eggs.

tips:
yellow are most valuable as they can change color and give you life
blue are next since they can double what you can get
black is useless.
So basically in that order, you should gather yellow, blue, and leave black, once they form a huge patch just change their color and continue on. Let just say that 100K isn't very easy since they don't give much points for kill, and killing 10+ of the same color doesn't happen alot.

for unlimited: a)golden eggs are the only real way to get 100k. b)as of tip a, you need large groups. slice cuties so that the resulting eggs will enlarge another group. d)slicing eggs only costs 2 points. so rather slice an egg than a group that might have become something big. e)use the any-range-kill and the laser to get a golden egg if it's the only way to get it before it hatches. f)once you have a large group, consider using the color change. if it changes to red, use the double soul collect to get a huge hp boost. if it doesn't, use the red soul skill to get enough for another round.

This could be a cool 2 person game. Eating eggs could hurt you. The idea would be to outlive the other player, using your powers to trap the other player between a bunch of eggs or to just take all the large sections :) Maybe that will be my next project... if only I could make cool graphics like this game has :)

tsjak, that just adds to the dificulty of the puzzle, it was a good game and very challenging when you get to later levels

tips:
1. use fire blast and laser when eggs are about to hatch
2.use harvest if there is a massive amount of red
3.use transform then to increase the number of same colored cuties, then use vampiric touch
