To do well in this game you have to play like the Germans. Just run to the top of the screen. You'll score one point for the wave that arrives and can't stop you, and one point for making it to the top. Any germans on the screen when you transition disappear; you don't need to stop them. Easy to get a tank, but your guys will probably get killed around the time you get a second. But since the invincible airstrikes only come if you try to stop and build defenses, there is no reason to not just keep driving north with two tanks then.

I really like this game, but if this was really a sandbox game then you would be able to customize your battlefield and your starting troops. I would add a level maker where you can add trees and troops and things.

It is nothing like territory war! Territory war is a turn based game where you aim each unit in a side scrolling enviroment!

The technecal term for a "signaler" is a signal corp, the signal corps are responsible for all army communication, electronics, and new technology. The signal corps were the ones who worked with the wright brothers to develop the airplane further after their famous first flight.

**BEST START**
If you don't get a guy with a Rifle Skill higher than 35 to start, F5 and restart till you do. Then spend FIRST 6 on BAR. He'll OWN it up and make you do much better.

best tip i read here is reset until the field is pretty empty and you start with a solider with around 35 rifle and give get 6 points to give him a bar, he owns everyone

You avoids air raids by:
1. Not bunching up your units
2. Luck, this game is super random, deal with it and enjoy it!
3. Using a signaler and air superiority should cancel it out if I understand the ability, though never tested it myself.

By 3100 points, the field is bombed (without warning!) and ALL your soldiers die, even if they are NOT under the bomb´s area of efect!
I´d 2 guys with bar and 70+ skill and were almost invincible...
C´mon! Let me play it without having to save points for the time that you´ll came and cut all the little fun of the game and I´ll have to start over again...!

Love the game, but it would be nice if you could get tactical points quicker and if there was a guide telling you when your profile ranks up.

ok honestly the AI in this game sucks ive sen better AI in runescape thats how bad it is...
2nd theres no ranking system status wich is annoying
3rd the barb wire and bunkers suck for not slowing down any of th enemies no matter whats in the bunker either....
overall... 1/5 just because i like the concept of the gam and the idea...and thats the lowest score it can get

Buys that overlap enemies should enter hand to hand. Even if they just kill each other it would look better than walking through without shooting.

Actually there's a whole lot of strategy involved and it's a really good game.

For those of you still confused, you get tactical points when waves arrive, 2 for the first 10 waves, and one for each after that. You also get a point by moving up a screen which is accomplished when all your squad reaches the very top of the map.
And good strategy I found is to send everyone through except for one guy, generally a medic. If the wave is just one enemy soldier, generally your own soldier with a shotgun can one-shot him without being hit. If it's a bunch of guys, you still get the point but just send the last guy and move on w/out fighting. This way you can squeeze a couple extra points out which is extremely helpful.

I liked it, up until the point where an air strike hit me? Was I supposed to call in Air superiority? I understand that the game is supposed to be a little unexplained, but I'd at least like to know what the bunker actually does. I put my guys in, thinking they would shoot from it, but apparently, t hey never make places to shoot from a bunker. You have to leave to get a shot on a german.

agrees with Particalman: It definitely needs some improvements. Medics should work faster, and should not be intentionally targeted (Geneva Convention). Soldiers should have better threat assessment. Tactical points should be more regulated (I still don't know how you earn them). Supplies should be either dropped closer or more randomly (too often they would be dropped at the very top of the screen, right where enemy soldiers were). More detailed instructions would be nice, too. Overall, lots of potential, but at this point, too poorly executed.

Great idea, but this isn't even beta yet. For the record - bunkers don't protect against artillery. Add more information, add mission goals, sort out the annoyances like overlapping displays etc and you'll have a good game

Ok I found a bug.. I tried to use Heroism to give 200 Health instantly just as a unit died... He stated died with the -23 Health but I still used up the points.. Please fix this..

I would also like better control of medics, i would prefer to have them heal my stronger units at all time instead of them constantly trying to run over to some horrible soldier shot down to 10%
