This game is hard. It does a meager job of explaining how the game works, but for the most part, it's a poor job. The game throws you in without any advanced instructions. How do you get tactical points? Why does it take so long to kill one German? And why doesn't the Corpsman heal? These might be noob questions, but they weren't answered just by playing the game and reading instructions.

How did this game manage to get such a high rating? It's slow, tedious, and repetitive. Nothing happens, and you have almost zero control over your units besides being able to move them very, VERY slowly, eventually, across the screen. There are much better games that could have used badges this week.

but sadly, WWII was Heavily Tank warfare, not sporadic, In fact, the Germans rarely made an attack W/O their tanks either in Support, or Spearheading the operation. As well as the fact, WWII is known for Tank Progression, and A German Panther could take 5 American tanks, *name escapes me at the moment* on average, the Americans only advantage on that front, was how fast they could produce said tanks..

I can't identify, much less discern how to interact with, any of the terrain features---the Germans walk right through boulders that I can't see through. The bunker does nothing vs. air attacks, unless there is a secret way of using it besides just having soldiers walk onto it.
A decent tutorial can't be too hard for the CREATOR of the game to make. Do it! Heck, do a walkthrough! You will certainly get fewer angry / disparaging comments.

Not to mention the crappy english, the incredibly terrible UI, the stupid 8 bit button (wtf is it doing there?) just terrible. I'm sorry.

theres a page. its labeled intel. if you need to you all can take out a thesaurus and find that intel is information which would be instructions

No tutorial, for a game with zero explanation, VERY slow progression?
A poor mix! This is a very fun *concept* that has not been executed well. I have no idea how I am expected to earn "points", for example, on the "ops" screen. I have no idea how comparatively powerful any unit is to any other unless I buy it, and even then it is VERY random. I can't even guess at how to use bunkers or trenches properly since they can be built ATOP each other.
Without a tutorial, and with slow progression, I can't tell how to play unless I devote hours upon hours. This is torturing your players---figuring out how to play the game is not the main idea behind a RTS game. I'm sorry to say it, and I am sorry it sounds harsh, but you have to change one of those factors or it is unbearable for a new player.

Theirbuddy, good point.. WWII had alot more blitzkreig action and tank warfare.. this is alot more like a WWI game, as i can't recall a time that the germans weren't moving to some pretty decent degree in WWII, either forwards or backwards.. They Pwned Poland, and then east europe.. then they organized and Pwned France.. then kept doing air and sea attacks towards Britain unsuccessfully.. Pwned Russia Fairly well with a strike at Moscow, and another Fairly famous town whose name escapes me.. then started to get pushed back by a harsh winter their new tanks couldn't handle, and of course, D-day.. am wondering when exactly this event would of occured...

I gotta admit that this game really needs alot of work to be a worth playing.
As far as badges? I dont think I am going to get them anytime soon.
Game needs a better interface, better units, better everything.. A decent concept poorly done.

Disgusting graphics, laughable collision. Way too many bonuses, there's barely any time to read them all, moronic and slow gameplay. You name something bad, this game has it. Terrible, terrible. I always feared it would get badges, and now it did... : /

This is simply not a fun game. Next to no instrution, tons of buttons, horrible UI, and seemingly random difficulty. I had one game last 10+ minutes without air or arty strikes, and the next I had two hit (one directly on each of my two trehches) within the first 2 minutes. Horrible UI, horrible design, horrible implementation. 1/5. Why did this get a badge?

for months and months the only people posting were people that enjoyed the game and game some actually helpful comments instead of moaning about how it sucks. now its got badges and a card so you all play it. i bet half of you knew it existed before today. quit whining. play the damn game

This game is bad. 1st off the soldiers shoot at random, i had like 3 people walk past me without my soldiers even trying to shoot them. 2nd, whats up with the icons? too lazy to organize them better? 3rd, Why badges now? Shouldn't this game have gotten badges when it was newer? oh well 1/5 0/5 if i could

Pause is space bar. And yes, it's hard to play without tutorial and rule of playing, especially if you're a newbie at this.
